ADinse Contracting LLCWe hired Brian and his team to remodel our outdated Master Bath and couldn't be more pleased. It is important to know that we were specifically looking for a contractor that we could trust as we are not local and needed the confidence that the work would be done perfectly without our day to day supervision. Before starting, Brian spent a ton of time with us discussing our goals and what some options might be to get the results we were looking for. Once the work was started, we were amazed at the attention to detail that was put into every step of the job by everyone on the team that was put into our work. At one point, we even went back and made different tile choices based upon Brian's observation of some defects in the tile we chose that we never even noticed. The work was smooth from beginning to end and Brian was in constant contact all along the way letting us know how things were progressing and bringing new ideas to our attention. We are very appreciative of all the work Brian and his team put into our project and are planning on using him again to do work in our Kitchen as well.- Mike S.

ABuilding Performance SolutionsA competitor of Building Performance Solutions performed insulation work on our home a few years ago under the Michigan Saves program. We had follow up questions regarding the quality of work and unfortunately that competitor passed away, the company filed bankruptcy and was liquidated. Alex (the president of Building Performance Solutions) stepped up to the plate voluntarily through contact with Michigan Save regarding our questions and performed an inspection on our home and refused pay for this service. Although this inspection alleviated many of our fears/questions, it did highlight a few things that we could improve on with suggestions for doing said improvements. We would HIGHLY recommend Alex and his company based on our experience, and his values, honesty and morals.- donald g.

ASureGuard Roofing & MaintenanceAwesome company!!! I have dealt with a lot of contractors, but none have come close the great service I received from SureGuard. It started with Dillon who asked lots of questions and presented options based on what we wanted--no pressure, listened well. Other vendors who came either were hurried or trashed other competitors more than presenting their. I started with just a roof replacement. The SureGuard team did an excellent job working into dark to be sure everything was done as promised. This resulted in a siding and gutter project. I did not even consider getting additional quotes, because SureGuard earned my trust. Dillan presented a design based on what the interior of our home looked like. We went with a grey/white siding with cedar panels in red on the gables and a black/white/grey stone bottom half--BEAUTIFUL! John and Ryan made an awesome team. They are both friendly, courteous, and take great pride in the work they do. They would take out the time to explain exactly what they were working on and were patient to answer any questions. They were great with my dogs (one of my dogs still runs around the house looking for John!). The owner, Tony Saferian, came out almost daily to check on progress, answer questions and keep me aware of where they were at in the project. Tony is meticulous! He made it very clear that he expects to have the same quality of work done as though it was on his own home. I had some big additional items I requested during the project. Usually, a contractor would say they would do it later, but Tony and his team completed these changes. They wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied when the job was done. My wife and I were completely satisfied and expectations were exceeded. When you invest in your home make sure you invest in a good contractor. SureGuard is the best out there by far.- Robert J.

ABest Choice Total Home ImprovementBest Choice did an excellent job on my roof. They did the roof on my house and garage in one day. Owner Matt Kneeshaw showed up first thing in the morning to make sure everything got started off right. He answer any and all questions. The roofers were very professional making sure none the plants and shrubs around the house and garage weren't damaged during tear off and installation. I've never had a roofing crew pay attention to detail and clean up as good as these guys. I would definitely recommend Best Choice everyone. Thanks again Matt Kneeshaw.- David Z.

I sat at my kitchen table for hours surfing the web and watching Ryan replace the skylight on my steep roof. AThese guys are the absolute best in the business! SprayTight did an amazing job insulating our entire new construction home. We shopped around a lot before deciding to go with SprayTight, and I'm so glad we did. Eric was involved in every step of the process, making sure that I understood the scope of work and the particular challenges of our all-metal-construction house. I have extremely high standards but these guys just blew me away. They delivered an air leakage performance level we didn't think possible with a metal building (0.51 ACH for the nerds wondering). If you're going to spend the money on spray foam, make sure you find someone who knows how to do it right. It's rare these days to find contractors who care so much about the customer and about getting the job done right no matter what, and these guys are it. I would recommend SprayTight to anyone interested in spray foam, no matter how big or how small the job. Thanks again, guys, you really hit it out of the park on this one!

AThe work was done almost 2 years ago and is holding up without any issues. It was done in the timeframe promised, done professionally and the finishing was excellent. I had flooring installed and developed an issue due to the installation. Both the owner and site leader recently came out and inspected the system to ensure there was no issue with the drain (there wasn't). This type of customer service is rare these days. I am very happy I had the system installed and appreciate the professionalism I have encountered with this company from the estimate, work, finishing and follow-up. Thank you!!

AMet with 360 Rep John R. (14 Aug 20). Received a quote for installing (4) 42"fortified helical piers to raise foundation of my attached garbage. Mr. was professional, knowledgeable, and he arrived on schedule. He performed an exterior inspection of my home and interior inspection of my garage to see if other repairs were necessary. He determined no other concerns aligned to my existing issues. The quote seemed reasonable for the amount of work involved; however, I was skeptical due to the hugh investment. It was somewhat comforting to learn there was a warranty and an engineering report was optional. I was a little concerned John forgot to inform me about the $250 permit fee that was required in addition to the engineering fee ($500); however, he said he would waive/cover this as it was due to his error. I reached out to three other contractors for quotes. One company which had previously performed waterproofing services in my basement had provided a quote for $25-30k. However, the company provided zero references for doing foundation supports. The second company "Percision Foundation Systems" convinced me to tear out finished paneling in my basement looking for a presumed horizontal crack. Fortunately, no such crack(s) existed anywhere; however, I now have to pay additional monies to have drywall installed. The third never responded. In all fairness, 360 SOL was my only option available to get the work done prior to winter. I was very nervous about moving forward; however, I am definitely impressed with my decision to have the work completed by this company!!! The work was completed 28 Oct (covid). The entire process went better than anticipated. The crew arrived on time and completely on schedule. Very professional and polite teammates. Clean up went well. Only two concerns: the $250 permit fee surfaced as a surprise in which the owner quickly reconciled, and the dirt left onsite could've been compressed more. Overall, I highly recommend Foundations Solutions 360!!
