AVerified AlarmWe were not satisfied with the price and customer service of the big name home alarm company that we had used for the previous 20 years. After talking to other home and commerial alarm users of Verified Alarm, including our church, we called them. Verified Alarm is a relatively new alarm service company that services southeast and central Michigan. The owner, who has 30 years of experience in security and fire systems, promptly returned our call and provided a quotation of the services he could offer and their costs. Because of his extensive security system background, he was thoroughly familiar with the equipment we were using. The savings were substantial. We agreed to his proposal and and set a date to transfer from our previous alarm provider to Verified Alarm. Everything went like clockwork. Verified Alarm took care of everything, transferred the equipment monitoring to the new service, tested the system and provided us with the necessary paperwork for our insurance company. We couldn't be more pleased with the knowledgeble personnel, the professionalism and timeliness of Verified Alarm.- Randall M.

AACE AMERICAN ALARM COSalesman was well organized, knew his product, knew what was needed and what not needed. He was on time for appointment and so were the installers. Installers were neat in appearance and in uniform. Installation was made quickly and neatly. That evening there was a small problem and they returned in a couple hours and had it fixed in ten minutes. I had conversations with all including office personal and they were all pleasant and understanding. Hope any future contact with the company is equall to the current standards.- Floyd B.

AMichigan Fire Alarm And SecurityThey repaired the house security system and added requested improvements. They came within a few days after I called, and completed all work within four hours. The service person (I believe he was the owner) was very knowledgeable about security system options/costs, configurations and system installation/operation. He was very professional, experienced, personable and pleasant to work with. He readily discussed and answered all questions. The work was of high quality. The price was very fair and the bill was exactly what they told me it would be (even though he worked 1-2 hours longer than originally estimated). They also offer a monitoring service (subcontracted to a larger company) that is fairly priced.- Gerald A.

FShortly after we ordered the system we changed our mind. The company said they would refund the money but never did. We disputed the charge but was denied from the credit card company even though SimpliSafe could not produce an invoice or any price they sent the system to us. This company is untrustworthy and does not deserve your business. Please save your time and money and use someone else. Just an update. They did return the money they originally refused to refund when we went through the credit card company. I can’t change the grade I have them because the only reason they issued the refund was to protect their standing on Angie’s list.
