ADinse Contracting LLCWe hired Brian and his team to remodel our outdated Master Bath and couldn't be more pleased. It is important to know that we were specifically looking for a contractor that we could trust as we are not local and needed the confidence that the work would be done perfectly without our day to day supervision. Before starting, Brian spent a ton of time with us discussing our goals and what some options might be to get the results we were looking for. Once the work was started, we were amazed at the attention to detail that was put into every step of the job by everyone on the team that was put into our work. At one point, we even went back and made different tile choices based upon Brian's observation of some defects in the tile we chose that we never even noticed. The work was smooth from beginning to end and Brian was in constant contact all along the way letting us know how things were progressing and bringing new ideas to our attention. We are very appreciative of all the work Brian and his team put into our project and are planning on using him again to do work in our Kitchen as well.- Mike S.

ASuperior CarpentryI wanted a back door cut into my house where none existed before, so I went to Angie’s list and really studied who could do it for a reasonable price and a good job. I came across Superior Carpentry and read all the reviews, there were probably 100 or more and I only found one so so review, the rest of them were A+ and they couldn’t say enough about what a good company that is. James owns the company and believes in doing quality work no matter what kind of job he takes on. He is extremely punctual, thorough, and takes pride in doing the best job he can do. He listens to everything the homeowner has to say and takes into account the smallest detail. He said my job would probably take two days and he was done in one day. I am so impressed with this company and this owner that I can’t say enough good about the job that he has done for me. He certainly is very reasonable for what he does and he cleans up everything after he is done. I will not hesitate to have him working with me again and I will not hesitate to tell people how good this company is...I give this company a 10 which equals an A+!- Susan H.

The job required a lot of ingenuity and creativity. Dave and his crew helped us from the design phase through the building process making necessary adjustments through the life of the project. ARenewal By AndersenOur home was built in 1992. We are not the original owners. The existing door walls were a good name brand, and had blinds between the inner and outer panes of glass. On the main floor the mechanism to adjust the blinds was worn out. But no other problem. The inner pane comes out so the blinds can be removed. In my opinion a double vacuume sealed pane is more insulated. On the upper floor there was a real problem. The threshold of the door would badly frost in Winter and the door was drafty around one side of the gliding door. Caulking around the door didn't help with the frosting. The carpet area in front of the door would get damp from the freezing and thawing. The dampness caused mold on the carpet! We had discussed replacing at least the door wall on the upper floor. One late afternoon Darren Guthrie and another gentleman from Anderson knocked on our door while canvassing the neighborhood. After confirming they were employees of Renewal By Anderson we made an appointment to find out about replacing one or more door walls. The appointment resulted in us replacing two door walls. Darren and his co-worker were very professional and were in no way pushy or trying to sell us anything we didn't need. A big selling point is they use installers that work exclusively for Anderson. Anderson takes responsibility for the product and the installation. Anderson Windows and Doors are not cheap, but there is none better. It's our home, we want the best. We couldn't be happier. What a difference. The doors fit in the same opening, but we have more glass. It's a larger view. It's changed both rooms with more light. Window and doors have improved in the last 25 years. The Anderson installer Lanbree Construction was fantastic. Jim Yax, owner, and two other members of the crew, Howie and Chuck, were confidence inspiring. When tearing out the old doors, that's really important. They were obviously experienced, very competent, and friendly. We give Lanbree Construction and Jim Yax an A+. We definitely recommend Renewal By Anderson.- Charles W.

AVery professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks.
