I took my Bedlington Terrier in for a grooming.

I took in a picture of how a Bedlington Terrier should be groomed. They groomed her and she didn't look like the picture at all. I confronted her about it and she said that she gave her a puppy cut and it was fine. I was upset because I didn't pay $68 for a puppy cut. She was very nasty and said that it doesn't matter since she wasn't in dog shows.

They bathed my puppy, trimmed her nails, groomed and trimmed her coat. She also received a skunk deodorizer bath this particular time.

This was the 4th visit to the groomers for my cocker spaniel puppy. She had recently been sprayed by a skunk the week before in our backyard, and we had her almost deodorized by the time she had her appointment. She didn't smell any less like skunk when we picked her up, but that is not where I had an issue. The first visit, I had asked them to NEVER cut her 3 inch long eyelashes. I was extremely attached to my little princess looking like a lady and I loved all the compliments she received about her super long eyelashes. They PROMISED me that they would take extra care to never cut them. They even showed me that they had it written in RED on her card. So, I trusted them. BIG mistake. I picked her up this last time and she no longer had any eyelashes!!! They were as short as the rest of her fur on her face. This along with the hacked up hair cut she has been getting was the last straw for us. I will NOT be returning here for Chloe's next trim, which is every 6 weeks for a cocker spaniel. Their loss!

We had our Golden Retriever bathed and styled here.

He gets very excited when we go here. They are great with the animals and I am always pleased with the service. I think they are priced fair and they are awesome.
