    Your Premier Travel Service
I was invited by a coworker to attend a trip to Europe, since I never been, I figured it would be a great opportunity to go. The travel agency that will be planning this trip is, Your Premier Travel Service. I begin making payments, which I received my receipts by email with my bank card number, the 3-digit code, and the expiration date exposed. I ask the owner is there a way that I can make payments without having my whole information exposed, due to someone potentially hacking into their personal email. I got no response. I did continue to make payments and deleted each receipt, after making copies. Plus, after paying everything in full, I notice that I paid more than I was quoted for the airfare. When I addressed it, I eventually received a response a couple of weeks before I was due to leave out, that its for extra fees and modifications and she never sent me the actual breakdown of the extra fees and modification that I paid for. After contacting her many times about where I will be lodge at, she never gave me a direct response and her response would come days or weeks later. When she finally responded it would be a vague answer such as, you will be staying in a Villa in Venice and I guarantee it will be nice. I explained to her that its important for my family or anyone in that matter to know where I will be once I arrived to Venice. My response never got a direct answer. So I had no idea where the place was until transportation picked me up from Marco Polo airport and took me to the Villa. The Villa I stayed in was nice but it was not in Venice. I also paid for a wine tasting tour in Mykonos, Greece. Once I arrived in Mykonos, I ended up at a Mykonos farm learning how to make cheese (I am a little lactose intolerant). The experience was interesting and the owners of this farm was very nice but I was under the impression that I would be tasting different types of wine and learning what wine goes best with certain foods. I wish that she provided more details in the itinerary regarding this tour. There is a lot of other things about this trip that made it less enjoyable than it could have been, if others and I were well informed and not treated as we are doing her a favor for booking this trip.

We never got an email from Sandy or Conlin. Also, even as she was getting information from us (estimated budget, location destination, dates of travel, etc), she never once asked for our names. It was only after I asked for her card, about 30 minutes into the conversation, that she introduced herself.

The and quot;serviceand quot; was not and quot;performed by the providerand quot; through no fault of our own.

Totally unprofessional. No wonder that the office was empty.
