Terisa is my regular cleaner and she is very conscientious and thorough, even when I have occasionally been very busy and not had time to straighten up and get things ready for her in the way I would like. She is frequently the trainer for new members of the team, and I can see why. She's also very friendly and sweet. Highly recommended!

    Absolutely love this service. Very efficient team who completed the complete job and were very attentive to detail Have dealt with many individual and companies for cleaning in the past and this was unbelievable in how professional and courteous they are.     From the start, our provider, Jackie, was eager to be sure I was happy with what she had done/was doing. She always asked if there was anything special I wanted done. If she has been delayed by traffic on 94, she calls. We've both needed time swapped, and she has accommodated me and I her. She gets the work done without delay, and the results are not rushed but thorough. This is what I can say about House and Order: the woman who does the work is great. If other employees are like her, I enthusiastically recommend House and Order.

I have used her services for over a year now; she is creative, hard working and very pleasant to interact with. more than the restrictive services that other companies offer, she does my laundry and dishes and organizing my mess. all with intelligence and creativity. if old fashioned worker value are important to you, I would look no further than this company.

    The positive: Cleaning was great, they're personable and attentive to detail. Two people came - walked them through everything I was hoping to have done and they did that and more. Were done in about 3.5 hours. The not-so-positive: They started a half hour late and pricing was inconsistent. I was quoted $35/hour on the phone but when they were done cleaning the price was suddenly $40/hour, even though I mentioned that wasn't what we had originally agreed to. Not a big cost, but it's the principle of sticking to what's quoted. Be sure to get a quote in writing.

    TL;DR avoid this Molly Maid if you want to avoid a headache and lost money for bad cleaning and horrible customer service. ----------------------------------- I am happy that other people seem to have gotten good service from this Molly Maid based on Google reviews (which was why I chose it), but unfortunately the team that serviced my empty condo for a "deep clean" failed to do much besides vacuum. I was flipping the condo from a renter to sell it and I unfortunately ended up having to come in that weekend to do the job I had paid for in order to get it on the market asap. There were cobwebs in corners, dusty baseboards, hair in bathroom drawers, dust and whatever else in the kitchen drawers, dusty ceiling fans and SUPER dusty window shades, when I later mopped the floors they were FILTHY... the list continues but you get the jist. Before I had seen the condo, I called Molly Maid that same day of the scheduled clean to understand if they had even gone to my house (there was no phone call as promised). They said that the 2 woman team had gone there and spent just under 2 hours there. Ok great. When I later went to the condo after work to check it (within the 24 hour time limit Molly Maid requires), I was able to see the poor job that they did. I called back but they were closed. I heard back from them on Monday, so I was also able to inform them that over the weekend the charges posted to my card and I was charged for 2.5 hours of work for 2 people, instead of the under 2 hours for 2 people that I was told by Molly Maid themselves when I called the first time. Was told that because I didn't call back within 24 hours that they would need to check if someone could come out for a re-clean free of charge or not. At that point, I had already canceled my weekend plans to do that re-clean myself and it was complete, so I needed a refund less about $20 for the vacuuming that the team did. Of course, this is outside of their procedure so the gal told me she couldn't do that but could fix the overcharge. I assured her that she absolutely could, but that it sounded like she just wouldn't. She said I was entitled to a re-clean, so we spoke in circles about that for a moment before I asked to speak to a manager. She initially denied me the opportunity to speak to a manager, although it was obvious the manager was there since the girl kept putting me on hold to speak to this person. I somehow eventually got a manager on the phone and explained my situation, and was again denied a refund. I tried to appeal to her saying that I work in customer service and when a customer is complaining, you find a way to make it right. She again told me I was only entitled to a re-clean. Not surprisingly, it was only when I threatened to write bad reviews and call the Better Business Bureau was she willing to agree to a partial refund. She then asked me "why would you threaten to slander us?" Uhhh? Giving a bad review and contacting the BBB for a bad service isn't slander. Sorry. In an attempt to correct the situation, the manager and I agreed that she would refund me the amount to bring my total to $60. Instead of refunding me, I WAS CHARGED ANOTHER $100. Totally crazy. So I call back again, ask to speak to this manager, she's somehow not available, so I leave her a message and explain what happened AGAIN. Without so much as a phone call or email, someone at the office corrected the error. All in all, you should probably avoid this place, but if you do go here, see if you can pay in cash to avoid this fat fingered credit card machine operating! So disappointing.

    Two months in advance of my need, I asked Gabe and assistant came to quote the cleaning work. I was happy with the services they would provide as well as the quoted amount. He said to call 2 weeks prior to the first cleaning I needed and he'd get me scheduled. Fast forward a few months, and when I call he states they are no longer taking new clients. Very disappointing. Now I have to try to get new quotes and get on someone else's schedule on a very short notice. He should have called me as soon as they decided not to take new work.

    I contacted Melissa for a 6 hour move-out cleaning of my 1100 sqft apartment in Ann Arbor. She managed to squeeze me in a week later. Melissa is an excellent communicator on the phone and in person. She also responds quickly to emails. Melissa and a coworker showed up on time and did an excellent job. They got the apartment squeaky clean within the allotted time. All surfaces were clean and shiny, mirrors were streak free, and they even took care of small details such as the tops of power outlets and switches.
