  Very efficient, thoughtful approach, worked through problems, were pleasant and professional, and cleaned up well. They worked hard and consistently until the job was done, and were responsive to any concerns or suggestions I may have relayed to them. When they realized they would fill up the entire truck for their morning run at our house, despite having planned to serve other customers that morning, they worked on getting another truck for the crew to take and a driver to take "our" truck back to the dump.

  Excellent service. Spoke with owner who clarified the Angie's List deal (not as advertised but still a great deal) in a professional and polite manner. The crew that hauled the items was fantastic. So quick! And courteous. Would definitely use them again.

  They came out and advised that the deal was for 50 cubic feet and stated that it would cost more to haul away what I had away. I had just recently had a death in the family and had no idea what 50 cubic feet looked like, but went ahead and agreed to the extra costs. They told me that if I did it on my own, it would cost me approximately $300 for a dumpster and extra costs for someone to haul it away... They then advised it would cost around $700.00 with them, and that it when I declined their offer. They then came back and said they would give me a senior citizen discount and lowered the price by only charging $549.00 over and above the $89.00 that I had already paid through Angie's List. I still feel this is incredibly expensive and just wanted to warn others of their practice. They were not rude, they were gentlemen, clean and treated me with respect, however; if I had not been in a bind, I would have never accepted their quote/service.

  Bagnell Property Renovation and Maintenance

  It took this contractor nearly 4 weeks to obtain a permit that was in our name, lacking any electrical review, and we were provided with misinformation regarding the inspection process. The next nearly 4 weeks entailed numerous delays, multiple added charges for materials and labor, a continual mess in the house and accumulation of a 2 cubic yard pile of debris on the drive.  With adequate payment in hand the contractor abandoned the project with an incomplete wall, an expensive professional door damaged and incorrectly installed, and the mess in the house and on the drive.  Talented inspectors, electricians and general contractors were stupefied by the total disconnect between adequate drywall work performed and the mess made of virtually ever other aspect of the project.   Drywall had to be partially removed to replace ALL electrical work done, which revealed that not all the walls were properly insulated and/or protected with appropriate vapor barrier. Fortunately, a professional electrician and a wise and talented second contractor provided guidance and quality workmanship (at a cost) to repair the errors made and ultimately completed a gorgeous product.

  Perfect! Brad was great in explaining pricing and meeting my schedule. Kevin, Matt, and Lincoln arrived on time and were personable and helpful. I needed to get rid of so much stuff--a room full of oversized furniture and 10 years of  household items--that I had prioritized  because I didn't think everything would all fit in a single truckload. They packed the truck so efficiently that not only did they take the essentials, they fit in a number of bags, boxes, and smaller furniture that I had planned to take to the dump myself, as well as an assortment of yard and garage debris for which I'd planned to schedule a second small pickup. Ten years of  basement clutter and a family room full of oversized furniture disappeared in an hour and fifteen minutes. I've previously had furniture removed via someone from Craigs List and a basement full of old paneling hauled away  by another firm, and and dragged stuff to Recycle Ann Arbor facilities (and paid the city's ridiculous fees),  This  was 10 times better.

  I used the deal offered at Angie's list.  I heard back from the company the next day by email and a phone call. Junk was removed the same day and the service was excellent.  Very professional. Highly recommended.  I plan to use their services again when we are doing basement clean up.

  We were very happy with this service. Communication was easy, they showed up on time, asked half the price of the other quote we got. They uninstalled the kitchen and removed all the trash, fridge and range in ~2 hours. They did no damage to the wall. I would highly recommend this company.

  Cummings Concrete & Dirt Removal

  We had a huge pile of dirt and cement on our driveway from a fencing project. I called Ron on Saturday and he was able to get to me and clear my driveway the very next day. He was fast, personable and professional. He did the work in about ten minutes. I couldn't be more pleased. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ron to anyone looking for concrete or dirt disposal.

  Let me say that I paid $376.00 for two workers, and it was worth every penny. They were here for 4 hours, and I was extremely satisfied.. It was a very hot day and the work was extremely difficult and hard!. I can't believe how strong Nathan is! Most of the roots that were dug up had been in the ground for well over ten years, and Nathan was just about pulling them out with his bare hands, after they were loosened up with a shovel. The owner was very clear about the pricing and what the costs would be. It was an extra cost  for hauling anything away, so my husband was able to do clean-up and  take care of having everything hauled away himself therefore, we were able to save money. I would recommend their services to anyone, and I will have them come back to do more work for me again. .
