With current pandemic, readjusted scheduling for the customer's benefit. Anthony prepped the driveway better any any other contractor. And completed job efficiently, promptly, and with a superior finish. We are a repeat customer because of the extraordinary work completed one year ago filling in asphalt cracks. AMj PaveWe were extremely pleased with Jordan Paving. Mike came out to our home, on time, and quoted the job. We needed the drainpipe under our driveway replaced as well and Mike said that he could handle it. We were in the midst of doing some major landscaping and Mike waited until the landscapers were done and held the quoted price, which was very much appreciated. Our driveway turned out beautifully along with the replaced drainpipe. I would highly recommend this company. Mike has exemplary customer relation skills and is easily reached by phone. AA & N Asphalt IncA&N did an awesome job. I contacted them, and Bob, the sales representative got back to me within a day. He scheduled a time for an estimate and showed up on time. Bob was very thorough in his explanation of services and recommendation of what should be done. He warned me up front of any potential additional costs that they may incur, due to not knowing what was underneath the current asphalt (poor foundation, etc.). We scheduled a day for the work to be done, and they showed up on time (7 AM). I was outside quite a bit watching, and Josh, the foreman asked me several times if everything looked ok. They did some extra things like pulling up several courses of my sidewalk pavers and re-laying them so that they'd be level with the new driveway. They also buried a PVC tube under the driveway so if i ever needed to pass a sprinkler line or something else under the drive, i could do that.. Finish work was outstanding. Very nice edges. they were fast and gone by 4PM. I would highly recommend them.- Mark D.

AI was surprised to see only one individual show up at the end of the day who happened to be the driveway sealcoat superintendent. (In years past other companies usually had 3-4 in a crew) He did the entire job by himself in 45 minutes, answered all my questions, and did a nice looking professional job. He explained why some driveways don't last more than a year and said I shouldn't need recoating for 2 years which is the standard. He said he had 20 years experience and it showed. I was very impressed with the job he did and we'll see how it holds up over the winter and next year and see if it makes it 2 years as promised. I switched to this company because the company that had done the job over the past decade's quality fell off sharply and my last two coating only lasted a year due to the mix being thinned to much according to the individual who did it this year. Overall I'm very pleased and look forward to using this company again in two years.

FQuick to underbid everyone and responsive at first. I had wanted to do the porch first since it was covering portions of the outside that needed to be painted. That wasn't accomplished. They give you a quote and then pitch it to a 3rd party whom you never speak with. They failed to paint as directed and cost me additional supplies because they kept painting the sections the wrong colors. They failed to mention what might be needed to complete the job and even though I asked several times on the second day what might be needed from me the next day so I could make arrangements, never thought to mention that my front door had to stay open for a few hours which I could have planned for with any warning other than minutes before and after I was already at work. They left a mess and came back to only blow off debris on my porch leaving my deck and yard looking like a junk yard. They quoted a cement job far less than others and promised to complete it this year. Only to do the paint job first which I asked them not to do which they assured me would not be problem. Now they claim they quote me a price that would lose them money. I've even offered to work with them but they have decided to ignore me. My house now has a paint job which isn't bad but was not done to the very simple directions we gave and has incomplete portions on the face of it. We were given the excuse that he had to pay them hourly but never acknowledged how much time was wasted due to a lack of commutation with me and their 3rd party crew. My porch will now not be done until next year by another company which means I get to start the whole process over again. Very disappointed. Gave them ample opportunity to make this right. Was upset that they couldn't honor their bid and was even willing to meet them halfway or all the way, just to be ignored and now I highly doubt they ever finish repairing the issues they left with the paint job, which I already paid for. Very deceiving and unprofessional. I never once was rude towards any of them and am very frustrated and upset by their inability to communicate and honor their word. I got the bid at the end of August and still haven't gotten a sincere answer from them since they took my money for the paint job.

AFrank and his team did an awesome job of remodeling our rehab project in Shelby Township. The property was recently listed on the market and we have received rave reviews on the work and craftsmanship of the remodel. I was very pleased with all faucets of the project as he kept me apprised of all details from the beginning to the end. He was fair with his pricing and even went beyond the scope of work to do other repairs that he was not compensated for. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I am very pleased with the results. We are so excited about doing business with US-Tech that we are looking for other properties in the area just to be able to work with Frank and his team again. I feel very lucky to have established a great relationship with Frank considering we made this selection on Angie's List. Kudos to US-Tech for being an outstanding company that stands behind their work.

AVery prompt and completed job in one day. Have a long downhill drive and large turn around. Incline/slope perfect to assure proper drainage/run off of rain water and no water puddling near house. Great job and very reasonable price
