Replaced the roof on house and detached garage. Made a balcony out of a shed roof section, including replacing two windows with a sliding glass door. Added vinyl trim boards to house gables.

We need a roof replacement since it start leaking 2 places after aprox 19 years or so. CS Roofing gave us the price, we signed contract and they performed the job after getting supplies. About 2 yrs later the roof leeked in 4 places, when we called company they informed us that the warranty is only 1.5 yr and they can do the repairs for a fee, and blamed some teenagers...for roof nails unexposed somewhere on the roof ( we do not have any) or some animals causing the damages..... Now is 3 yrs later and and roof leeks in more places. at this moment...we got a new leak.....again ...we travel a lot and are not much home....so it caused delays in noticing problems until our floors start changing. Company does not take responsibility for their errors and we will never use them nor recommend them Job was done sloppy. Between gutters and roof wood is unexposed now causing water demage ect
