    Joyriders - car enthusiasts beware! Went in for an alignment, came back with extra mileage and an oil leak. I took my collector car, a Nissan Skyline GT-R, in for a basic four wheel alignment at ArborMotion. They had high internet reviews so I was expecting them to treat my car with respect - the opposite of what happened. For toe adjustment front and rear, they put 10 miles on the car - a ridiculous amount for an alignment check. My gut sunk at realizing my car had potentially been joyridden, but I did not want to jump to conclusions. A quick glance under the car was all I needed to confirm - puddle of oil, which when further investigated was a significant oil leak. The car was clearly beat on, and driven far more roughly than would ever be needed for an "alignment check." I quickly walked back inside and the tech admitted it was taken on several rides, along with some BS about needing to check the rear end noise (it has a clutch type LSD) despite noting it likely had a locker in the work notes, and never once calling me to ask about it. Aside from not having an alignment machine, I perform all of my own maintenance and the car was in excellent condition prior to leaving it with ArborMotion. Of course, being an old car things can and will fail - but they don't sprout an oil leak like this just sitting on a lot or in gentle driving. Being as the techs were observant enough to note the rear differential maintenance (new looking axles), they certainly would have noticed an oil leak of this size before working on the front end alignment. In all likelihood, they aligned it, beat on it and got the oil pressure and temperature extremely high, and set it in a parking spot without looking back twice. I spoke with the owner, Sebastian, who seems to believe the fact that they work on high end vehicles exonerates them from any potential wrongdoing, despite the fact that he was not in the building at the time of the incident. The vehicle now needs front camshaft seals and front main seal - a timing belt off job approaching $1000. This is just to rectify the visible damage and abuse - who knows what wear and tear they put on the clutch, transmission, turbos (OEM ceramic blades - highly sensitive to over-reving), etc. The only positive things I can say are that the alignment seems straight, and the shuttle driver Steve was very polite and courteous. Go elsewhere for your car maintenance needs.

    I just want to start out by saying that Jennifer the service writer is very professional and the issue I experienced has nothing to do with her or Midas as a whole. That being said, I question why they would hire an employee with such squirrely behavior. The service takes about 45 minutes to an hour because they do a pretty thorough courtesy check. When it was completed they gave me my keys and I began to drive away. There was a horrible loud noise coming from my wheels. I could not drive the car so I turned around in the driveway and went back. The technician met me in the parking lot and I told him that something was very wrong. While we were standing there looking at the wheels I noticed that lug nuts were missing. I found them laying in the parking lot!!!! Travis (I believe his name was Travis from the signature) told me "THREE" different stories for why the lug nuts were not tightened down properly. First he said it was a problem with his power tool, then he said my wheel was not lined up and that caused it, then he told me his power tool had broken and Midas did not reimburse him for a new one! I never got a straight answer as to why it happened. There were also two air caps missing from my wheels that I never got back. I recently discovered air was lost from the tires with missing caps. I will never go back again.

    I have been really happy with them. I have gone to them for about 8 years, and have never had bad service. You drive in, and can wait in the lobby. I generally only have to wait about 1 hour for an oil change. They will even let me take my dog in the lobby if I want. They will take me home and pick me up if I request (Within reasonable distance). I bought my car from here.

    I am very satisfied with my experience at Superior Collision. From Karmen who runs the office, to the man who did the initial estimate, to the owner who was present when I dropped off the car on the day of my appointment, they were all very professional and helpful, but also friendly. When I stopped by there one day I was immediately given an estimate. I thought that the price was fair as I was able to compare it to one other estimate I received. I appreciated the suggestion to use the "off brand" bumper rather than one from Honda, and to replace only the side mirror glass rather than the entire mirror in order to save some money. I made an appointment and the work was completed by the end of the day. I was also offered a ride if needed. The work done on the car looks great. I would definitely return to Superior Collision and recommend them to others. P.S. They offered a 5% Angie's List discount which was taken off after the estimate was given.

    Overall it was an awesome experience. We were recommended to come here for an appraisal through our insurance and after a great phone conversation with a receptionist, we decided to leave it there for repairs. Everyone from the receptionist to the person who managed our "case" was very helpful and prompt with returning phone calls, keeping us updated on the progress, and helping to complete the entire car. We were back, up and running in less than a week. They took care of everything with insurance directly and it was an incredibly seamless process.

    The work was done perfectly.   We have had all of our cars, both old and new, serviced at Colonial BP for years and have only had positive experiences there.  When I have brought one of our cars in Anthony has helped me to know what work needs to be done then or soon, what can wait, and, as our cars have gotten older, what work wouldn't be cost effective to do.   I have really appreciated his honesty and integrity, in addition to his expertise and the quality of his work.  I would recommend Anthony and his staff without reservation.

    The rear quarter panel of my 2002 Subaru sedan had rusted through and was no longer attached to the bumper.  City Body replaced it with a new Subaru part, as well as all associated pieces of glass, molding, trim, etc. They did an excellent job and actually charged me $45 less than their initial estimate--and $1084 less than the estimate I got from a highly-rated competitor for the same job.  I gave them a B for punctuality because the job was done 2 days later than they expected, but other than that I have only good things to say about City Body, and would definitely go there again for body work.

    It was a little more than normal because I had some stuff that I  needed fixed on an old vehicle so it wasn't like a normal maintenance situation. I usually go there for any recalls or for any maintenance as they are pretty much the dealer I go to for any issue's. The only reason I am giving a B is that I think it is a touch over priced on some of the repairs. If I make an appointment the punctuality is always good.
