He wore a mask for Covid protection the whole time. He did a thorough job, including cleaning some **** inside the washer that was hidden when it was assembled. ANeli Virtual Appliance RepairI had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail.
