I developed a health concern in December 2009. I was seen quickly after making an appointment and was reassured during the office exam with subsequent tests confirming the in-office diagnosis. The standard of care was suburb and the caring attitude shown by all at this provider was outstanding.

    Alan Smiy MD
I have been seeing Dr Smiy for over 2 yrs and I have to say in my opinion he is a really good doctor who listens to what you have to say I am very pleased with him and would recommend others to see him. He is very busy at times so it can be kinda hard to get a appointment, He explained to me he has many elderly people who needs more time at the office so he takes a little longer to take care of them. This why it's hard to get a appointment.. I enjoy going to see him. For the person who gave him a F rating!!! It's obvious you don't know a good Dr when you see one!!!

Walked into a clean office and first thing I heard was the office staff laughing (not at me - ha!). There were not a lot of people in the waiting room, which is good. I felt as if they ran a tight ship -no big backlog of people. Pretty good for a Monday morning. All of the girls working behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. I singed in and within 5 minutes was brought back to the examining room. After the nurse finished within just a couple minutes the doctor walked in - right on time. Very rare to find these days. I had to do the full physical including the two coughs - but all went very fast and professional. I also informed him of my pain in my wrist. He checked it out and asked a few questions. He then proceeded to go into detain how the wrist works, what holds it together, and then the different stages that it will go through as it gets worst. I was amazed just at that - no other doctor really ever cared enough to sit down and explain things all the way through - most were the type with the "matter of fact" attitude. Overall it was a great experience, for a doctors office. I would recommend to anyone. There are also 3 women doctors that work there, but I do not know anything about them.

Dr. Little is a good doctor.  He listens to the problems and solves them.  He is conservative in treatment and follows through.

I've referred him to others as well. He is very caring and professional and will work diligently with me for resolutions. I prefer a more conservative approach to treatments and he is willing to work with me as well but be supportive in his direction with knowledge and understanding. I trust him completely.

I saw Nan, the nurse practitioner. Any nervousness I had vanished within just a couple of minutes. Nan was very down to earth and welcoming. She pulled up a stool and sat down; actually taking time to talk to me. So many times I have been seen by doctors that make me feel as if I am keeping them from something. That was not the treatment I received from Nan. She answered all of my questions and put any concerns I had at ease. I went to the lab immediatly after the visit to have blood drawn. A few days later I received a postcard with the results of the labwork. The postcard had handwritten results and a little note from Nan. I actually felt like a real person there, not just a chart. I highly recommend Nan Haring at Bronson Family Practice.

I like that they do run on time mostly. I like that Karen listens and asks a lot of questions, so I know she is listening. She had a nurse practitioner student with her and I like the way she interacted with him too.

    Born, Dr. Eric E.
I have actually only seen Dr Born a couple times my back went out (being an osteopath, he performs spinal adjustments similar to a chiropractor) Jeff is very easy to talk to, even about embarassing topics. He is quite knowledgeable and seems to be able to identify / recognize causes very quickly, and his remedies thus far have been sucessful. I have never had to wait more than a day or two to get an appointment (whereas Dr. Born is often booked out for months), and the staff has been very helpful in working around my schedule and short notices. The only complaint(s) I have involve the prescriptions / refills. Even though the facility is very up-to-date, they do not support electronic prescription submission, and they have this policy of requiring an office visit to get refills. Can be a bit of a hassle.

    Joseph Roth MD,DO
He is just an amazing doctor. He works from young all the way up to geriatrics. He is an incredible doctor, he is very good. The think that I liked is that you weren't a number. You aren't treated like a number you are treated like a person. He would look you right in the eye and have a conversation with you. He is very knowledgeable. He would say, it's your body, tell me what you are thinking what you are feeling. He doesn't treat you like you were nuts or anything like that. He is just very personable, very knowledgeable. If you ask his opinion on something, he would tell you, you can do this or you can try this, this is what I recommend but this is another option for you. So, he was just very, kind of like an encyclopedia but with a human compassion. I thought the staff was really good. As far as being able to get in and get an appointment, they really worked with you as far as being able to get right in. They are very friendly. I just remember my experience when I was a kid and then just going back through the years as to how, I guess it was neat for me to see how he interacted with my mom so through this whole range through our family life and still just a very compassionate, very interested doctor. It is his mission in life to be there for his patients.

It's an integrated doctor's office. I always had a good experience with them. They have a very incredible bedside manner. It was a very nice office, they treat you well and if you needed to be referred to somewhere, they will take care of that. They consider how you feel and they do that very well. You can always get an appointment but maybe not the provider that you want.
