    The Boss Lady's Cleaning Service
Cleaning went great. Everything i asked her to do was done and done amazingly well! She left the place sparkling clean and smelling fantastic! I would 100% use her services again and recommend her to anyone looking for a professional cleaning company!

    The Ultimate Painters
Nelson was quick to come over or estimate and Steve was able to start the job a week and half earlier than originally scheduled. He was always on time, extremely neat and cleaned up everything. Very professional. I will definitely hire them again and refer family and friends.

    Timmons Painting & Maintenance
Im just in the early stages of filing suit for one of the contractors that used to be with you guys. I got him when he used to be with you guys. I guess hes no longer with you? He just totally ignores our phone calls now that he got our six thousand dollars. This has been going on for months now. Nice guy and everything, younger guy. Hes got all these problems that he tells us, every time why he cant come out. Were trucking our own settlement, 3 months. Real polite, real way to get the job done type person and gets you the best for your money, but he came down with the lies to much or whatever. I really hate to do it against him, but Ive got to get my money back. His name is Robert. I did file some pre-papers with the county. If we didnt hear from him today by 4-4:30 we would file the papers against him. It was supposed to start on May 25th. He came out almost a month before that. He told us that he had some job that was finishing up and his guys would no longer have to be there, so he would do the finishing with me on the 25th. Then they made that the 30th, then the first of June and it just kept going on like that. At least once a week or more. They started by opening up the wall that took about 45 minutes and to tear out some carpeting. It took probably a total of 4 hours maybe. May 25th was when they were supposed to be out here doing the work, but it didnt work that way. I dont know when he tore out the wall, just recently. By tearing out walls, I mean 2 studs, he opened the existing wall that was there. The painting had to be done after all the other stuff was done. He had to drywall the living room and he had to put some electrical in. He didnt finish it. The cost was $6000 he took the whole $6000 by mistake. We figured he would do some more stuff, but I that was off the record I guess. Let me see what happens, he is supposed to bring me a check today, but I doubt it. I would give him a D the only reason I dont give him an E, is because he is a very nice, younger man, clean shaven, whether he does drugs or not, I dont know, so hes a good person that way, but otherwise, it would be an E. Their price was very good. They didnt do anything so not applicable on quality. Responsiveness a C - every now and again, he would call me right back. It depends on what comes out of this one, but if he comes out and does the work, I would consider using him again.

    Multi-Craft Construction Inc.
We went out for bids and the one from Multi-Craft Construction was the best.  This is a small company and a good share of the work was typically done by Jake, the owner with other tasks "subed" out.  Shortly after the agreement was signed, Jake injured his back.  He approached us indicating that due to his injury, he would have to sub all of the work and it would take longer than originally indicated.  We said it would be OK as long as the work  would continue to be performed once started and that it would not be spotty.  He agreed and that is what he delivered.  He did a great job of communicating any important facts about the project and what was to happen next.

All work was done as promised and the quality was good.  One exception was some of the work done by the plumbing company he subcontracted with.  It was necessary for them to redo some of their work in the master bath but once completed, it looked good.  The plumbing done under the kitchen sink however let go due to incorrect work (see my other rating)

Once the counter top in the master bath was installed, we noticed a flaw in the color.  Jake did not hesitate to agree that this counter top needed to be replaced with another.  This was accomplished in a timely fashion.

I have never worked with anyone more interested in customer satisfaction.  He wants his customers to be happy with the job and will do anything within reason to make this happen.

If and when I have more similar projects, I will certainly contact Jake first.

    Marsh Carpentry
I had Jack Marsh Carpentry come and finish my basement. From framework to carpet and paint. Jack got the job done. Not only did he get it done he went above and beyond. Any small changes that needed to be made Jack kept me in the loop as to what was going on and he worked with me to come up with the best possible solution. I needed some trim work done upstairs and Jack took care of that too. Upstanding contractor and I'll definitely recommend him to anyone and also use him again in any future projects.

    The Ultimate Painters
They arrived when they said they would, did a great job painting, and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They were polite and clean and I was very comfortable having them in my home. Reasonably priced, also.

New Horizon Remodeling & Building Company LLC
This is the third time we've used this company. They started the job on September 18, 2012. They started by gutting the entire bathroom and knocking out a wall in the linen closet, as I was increasing the size of the shower stall. The job took longer than expected, due to cabinet issue. I had picked out the color of cabinets I wanted and twice they had to be sent back. This was in no way the fault of New Horizon. The manufacturer had changed the paint process w/out informing New Horizon of those changes. Finally, the owner of New Horizon requested a face to face meeting w/the manufacturer to get to the bottom of things. It was resolved to my satisfaction and the job resumed. They ran into several unforeseen problems, but handled everything in a very professional manner. Everyone was great, as w/the other 2 jobs we had contracted them to do. I needed to get primer to paint the newly installed drywall and one of the guys told me not to go buy any...that he had some left over from another job that he would bring the next day. There was about a gallon and a half, which was more than enough to do the job. There was no charge for that at all. Everything turned out just beautiful and I couldn't be happier! If you want a job done right, this is the company to hire. They do it all and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied with everything. I wouldn't hire another company if someone paid me to. New Horizon is the best out there! They may not be the cheapest, but they aren't the most expensive either. But, the old saying, "You get what you pay for", is so very true!! Now days, you rarely get what you paid for. You CANNOT go wrong w/these guys! They are wonderful. As soon as the hardware is on the cabinets, I'll post some photos. Just found out I need a new roof. This job will also go to New Horizon!

    Mark Svekric Painter
He was very easy to work with and a great communicator. We were prepping our house for our move and he was very strategic in choosing what needed fixed. He was very economical in his approach as well.

    The Ultimate Painters
He arrived on time, was very neat with the painting of my interior stairway. His price was accurate to the estimate and he was very neat, cleaned up after the job. The paint he quoted was not available when he went to the paint store, so he also upgraded the paint for the same price as the kind that he quoted.

    The Honey Do Man
Everything went well.  Very trustworthy, left him in my house when I needed to leave for work or to run errands.  Never left a mess.
I will use again because I decided I needed another room's ceiling painted.....
