    Chimney & Fireplace Guys
Works great no problems this was a minor job. I have used them many times in the past ,gas fireplace install with floor to ceiling stone , furnace and a/c change out, stone work on front of house , freestanding fireplace install in three season room and gas line for grill. Would use them again.

    Chimney & Fireplace Guys
John Dennis(owner) came to our house a couple of times to meet with us and ensure his design met our needs and wants. He created an estimate at no cost and scheduled our job. The team from Chimney & Fireplace Guys were very professional and polite. One technition even helped me with yard work I was doing on his lunch! We've gotten a lot of compliments on our new deck and fire pit area. Very happy with our experience

    Pink Elephant Powerwashing

Called and left a message asking for a quote, I got a call back later that day. It was the owner who called me back he was very friendly said he could make it out the next night for an estimate. When he showed up he quoted $450, but he said if the algae came off easily he would only charge $400. I booked with him, he showed up to our appointment on time with a tank full of water ready to get started. He explained that all the chemicals he would use were ecofriendly and that they wouldn't harm my plants and flowers one bit. It took him about three hours, he came and asked me to inspect it. I was surprised at how well the decks turned out. I was very impressed, before he left he asked if I would like my cement statue done as it was covered in green algae as well. After cleaning off the statue he handed me a bill for $400. I was pleasantly surprised to see he did lower it to $400 from $450. He said the algae came off fairly easily. I have hired him to come back and stain my porches. I highly recommend this company, the owner does all the work himself and took great pride in making sure I was 100% happy.

    A-1 Fence Works
It went great.  It was a good experience.  The staff and the owner were very polite and kind.  He was very understanding to what I need and how fast I needed the service.  My home had been broken in to and I neede a fence very quickly.  He was able to make time and work with my schedule so that they could put up the fence and now I feel very, very secure.

I was impressed with how they worked, the quality of work, and even the quality of materials that they used.

    Brick Concepts LLC
He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. He also came yesterday to give an estimate for another project.  We did have some miss communication throughout the estimate process.  I requested an email with the quote but instead he left the quote over my voicemail.  We then lost contact due to his personal reasons. However, the work he did was exceptional.  Overall, we were satisfied with work and he did a few extra things for us as well.

    A-1 Fence Works
The job took a lot longer than expected because of weather delays. However there were days where they could have worked but didn't. The owner came and went a lot and didn't exercise much supervision over his crew.  On the last day we settled up as the crew was close to being done and the owner of course had to leave.  I was still under the impression these guys knew what they were doing.  It soon became clear that the so called tension wire that we had talked at legnth about, was not being installed properly. They ran a wire across the bottom and fastened it to the fence (not the post). When I question why it wasn't tensioned they assured me this was how it was done and provided plenty of restraint to keep the fence from flexing. However it did not. After researching how to install a tension wire I called the owner to complain and he also tried to sell me a bill of goods as to why I should accept the job as is. After some debate he agreed to have it redone. It took two weeks of several no shows to get them back. They sent the same two guys who did the substandard work to begin with. They  "corrected"  the problem by installing a couple of turnbuckles to put a bit of tension on the wire but never did connect the wire to the posts. Instead, they connected it to the bracket that holds the tension on the chain link material. This is not the accepted standard method and prevents a fully tensioned wire. When I pointed this out to them they refused to change it and insisted it worked just as well.  Bottom line is they would have had to take the wire off and install a different one to get the legnth need to connect to the post. Too lazy I guess. So they left without talking to me and the owner has not come to inspect their work or to see if I'm satisfied with the job. The tension is still inadequate and the fence is easily pushed out. Other issues: The gates came prefabed and the bottom hinges are installed outside the framework of the gate and this works well enough. However, 3 hinges that are installed this way are so low to the ground that they had to dig a hole to accomodate the hinge putting the hinge in the dirt!  They should have moved some of the hardware on the gate to make room for the hinge to ride higher up, inside the framework of the gate. Too much trouble I guess. One of my gates never did get caps on top.   My biggest complaint would be the owners attitude.  Once he got his money he has to real interest in making the job right.   Doing it right the first (or second) time would have been a lot simpler and faster for all concerned. I either have to live with it, redo it myself, or sue. Probably easier to redo it myself that way I know it gets done right.

We had hail damage from a storm this summer on our roof and on our siding. Level One came out first and quoted our roof, connected with our insurance company and went to work in less than 2 weeks. Their representative came to the house to show us some shingle samples, allowing us to choose the style and the color. As they worked on our roof, they came across another issue for us from the storm, siding, something the insurance inspector didn't look for. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and the job was done quickly and efficiently. One other quick note, we have a 4 & 5 year old to be concerned about. Level One made sure everything was nail and debris free in our yard. Great work!
