    Egypt Creek Landscaping
Craig and his team at Egypt Creek are awesome. All aspects of their work have been A+ in terms of quality and timeliness. One of the nice things about Egypt Creek is they can be a virtual "one stop shop" for your entire outdoor setting. From my annual wood chip/mulch to regular professional lawn care (Who Else Double Cuts Your Grass and makes it Look like Augusta! :) they do it all the right way. Heck, Craig has even does repairs on my pond and trims my precious River Birch trees. Great to have one go to firm for all these landscaping challenges. Also, these guys have provided us the best plowing service we've had since I gave up snow-blowing 25 years ago! Every time I call/text Craig I either reach him immediately or I get a call back right away. My kind of customer service! HIGHLY Recommended.

    West Michigan Tree Services
After 5 weeks of waiting patiently, I called and asked when I could expect service. The lady on the phone put me on hold for a minute or two and came back saying they could be out yet that day! Guess I should have called sooner. The service tech showed up at the time he said he would and quickly performed the treatments. Talking with him afterwards about my apparent missed order he explained that some jobs they do have to be performed in certain kinds of weather. Other jobs like my trees can be performed in any kind of weather and sometimes get bumped out for the other jobs. Still, it seems like 5 weeks should have been long enough to fit my job in the schedule. I feel like it was forgotten. As for how well it works, only time will tell. So far after a few weeks from service I can't see any improvement but I'm sure with a tree it will take time. Assuming I do see improvement, I will use these people again. The price was reasonable.

    Egypt Creek Landscaping
Very pleased with Egypt Creek. I was referred to them by a neighbor at my new home. The landscaping looks just great now. It was all cleaned up, mulch installed, new shrubs planted, grass professionally mowed - my wife and i are very happy with their service.

    AAA Irish Tree Service
They came out and did the work which was great. Except that it was snowing, so when the snow melted, I expected them to return to clean up as they left a huge mess. It took me about five hours to clean it up. I expected that they were coming back because I did not receive an invoice from them. Then about two weeks ago they called and emailed  while we were on vacation and threatened to take us to collections, I left a voice mail as soon as I received the message. I explained to them I did not think the work was done and did not receive an email.  In our email exchanges the woman became rude and had a nasty tone. I liked the workers but this type of customer service, rude and unemphatic, leaves an uninvited taste. Unless they change this service, I cannot recommend them.

    Oak Meadow Tree Svc Inc
Saturday of Labor Day weekend I had a huge locust tree split with one part landing in the top of a nearby tree and partly on the house while the other part hovered precariously over the road (fortunately it is a cul-de-sac, low traffic). I called Oak Meadow and the owner was at my house within a half hour. He assessed the situation and we both agreed in order to prevent further damage to the house, we needed to get the tree down as quickly as possible. He made some calls and was able to arrange for his crew and a crane service to come on Labor Day to complete the work. There was some bad weather predicted for late morning so his crew got there and began setup around 7:15 a.m. The work was completed by about noon. That included the removal of the tree, all branches, and stump grinding. It was a huge task but the crane made it easier. The higher cost for the service was due to the fact that he had to pay time and a half to his crew (Labor Day) and guarantee the crane operator a minimum number of hours (again due to Labor Day). As it turns out we got the tree off the house in time to prevent damage to the roof which was a big plus.
Later when my wife and I went to dig out the stump area and we discovered upon removing the dirt from around where the stump had been that the Locust tree roots were massive and extensive. Not a job we could handle so we called the owner and sent him some pictures of the root system. He came out a few days later and ground out the roots, no charge! What a time saver.
Work was completed in timely manner and the grounds were cleaned up. I was fortunate to find a firm which could complete the work on a national holiday and provide the level of service that it did. The owner is a great guy and made certain to check with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work and inquire as to whether or not I had any concerns. Absolutely none.
His business card (Andy Niemeyer) indicates he is ISA Certified Arborist and Licensed Pesticide Applicator.

    RED AUTUMN CO.
Very poor job and very unsatisfied. . Was supposed to be done in 1 day but equipment kept breaking down. Took 4 days. Yard was very torn up but it had rained very hard. Was not careful with overhead wires and hit several wires loose. An electrician was called by Red Autumn to fix overhead wires. After 4 months, the electrician still had not been paid. The electrician contacted Red Autumn several times and was not receiving their payment or even a return call. They had also sent several bills. They then called us and asked if we could help them get their money. We paid the electrician because we felt bad but it Was Not our responsibility. We would never hire Red Autumn again.

    Bartlett Tree Experts
The work was done at the times given, though times had to be changed due to storms that required changes in their schedule. The crews cleaned up well and work foreman AJ kept us informed of questions that came up during the work. They paid close attention to not damaging the lawn by laying down protective barriers prior to using heavy equipment. They replaced part of a bird feeder that was inadvertently damaged.

    Muller Tree Services
Did an experts job in removal of yews and willow.
WOW, that willow was so huge but he fearlessly took on the beast and
skillfully and effortlessly conquered it with the strength of Samson!!!
As he cut, his placement of the massive, falling limbs was spot on.
He knew right where to cut so the limbs fell where they
    were planned.
    Mr. Muller knows his business.

Corey and his team were fast and efficient and very professional. They ensured that a raccoon family went unharmed. I was unable to be at home when they finished the project, yet they left everything totally cleaned up and undamaged. I would use them again any time!

    Changing Times OutDoor services
It looked like I never had any trees in my backyard. They did a wonderful job. They are on time. Got busy and went right to work. They cleaned up their entire mess and even bought top soil to fill in the holes. I would highly recommend this company.
