    Very Good. As the house change from propane to Natural Gas, my water heater, furnace, and range need to have some kits installed. After consulting with Pro-Tech, I needed a new water heater that can run on natural gas. I thought I only needed a 50g water heater (at a quote of $2100 for all the work), but turns out I needed 70g for the extra floor heating I have. The team came on time and did the work. But due to Natural Gas company's fault, the team had to come in the next day again to do the adjustment at no extra charges. The team made sure everything was perfect and answered all my questions in detail. Will hire again in the future.

    Terrible customer service and responsiveness.  I waited from 12-5 p.m., and they were a no call-no-show.  Called their office all afternoon to confirm, leaving voice mail messages.  Nobody ever answered the phone or returned my phone call.  Triangle Appliance is simply not worth the risk.

    Beau fixed both appliances during one visit; the dryer had been serviced by a competitor who had been unable to diagnose the initial problem. Beau was on time, cleaned up the work area, worked quickly, and provided helpful advice about maintaining the appliances. The price was fair considering the time spent (over two hours) and the parts required.

    I initially contacted the company via email but didn't hear back right away and wanted to schedule immediately. So I called and talked to someone, letting her know the problem and that I am an Angie's List Member. Called on a Friday and was happy that they were able to schedule for Monday.  Scheduled for Monday between 2 & 4 p.m., per my request.  On Monday, I remembered that I would need to pick up my daughter from school and may not even be home during part of that time. I called them back and left a message. The gal called me back right away and said they couldn't guarantee that he would come closer to 2 and I understood that. Just very happy that she called me back right away. She also informed me that the service person would call me when he was on his way there.  Indeed, the tech did call me when he was about 10 minutes from our house.  
    He seemed to be very thorough and was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes. Seemed the machine wasn't level. He did some adjustments and even had me test it while he was still there.  He was friendly, professional and explained things well. I thought the price they charged was fair and he remembered to give me the Angie's List discount, without any reminder.  I would use their services again and recommend them to others.

    Great Service.  I don't know why anyone would want to deal with big box stores when there are great family owned local stores like Nawara available.  They even processed the rebate form for me.  All I had to do was register the appliances with the manufacturer.

    This visit was flawless, but in the past had a problem with a damaged tire they had put on. They went out of their way to get us home that day, but we had to wait a long time for the proper tire to come into the store to do the final repair. Good shop, not the most organized place, but they did good work.

    On Tuesday before the 4th of July holiday our oven decided to stop heating.  I called Kevin's and explained that we were leaving town for the holiday and leaving our son to pet sit while we were gone and he would need to oven to heat up left overs.  I also explained that we were going to the UP and wanted to leave by noon on Wednesday.  They had no problem working with our schedule and Kevin arrived promptly Wednesday morning.  Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly and confirmed they had the necessary parts on hand -- at the shop.  Kevin worked it out so that he would make the rest of his calls as he circled back to the shop to pick up the necessary part and then return to our house to install it.  He had the oven working shortly after noon that day, for a fair price and no drama.  I recommend Kevin's without hesitation.

    Placed a request for a service call on my Whirlpool fridge/feezer which was not cooling as it should. APEX was able to get me on their schedule for the early afternoon which was great given that the items in the freezer were already thawing. Ron showed up about 2:30 (scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4) and after a quick look pretty much knew what the problem was. I discovered he had over 47 years of experience working for APEX and it showed. Ron was friendly and informative and got the job done relatively quickly considering he had to spend some time putting things I had taken apart back together again ( I am usually able to troubleshoot problems but this one, well, not so much). He then had to dissasemble the right pieces, replace an electronic component and manually defrost the coils. In my estimation he has probably done this a thousand times because he sure made it look pretty straight forward. Given that I was already mentally prepared to have to purchase a new unit for around $2,000, I felt the service fee was a real bargain. I highly recommend APEX. I have previously purchased parts from them and they have always been very helpful.

    Now I know why there were 20 favorable reviews and an A rating for Apex. Kathy was friendly and scheduled my appointment the next day. The service tech arrived on time, in a company vehicle and was appropriately dressed and courteous. (I get worried when an out-sourced, third party company sends someone with no identification, in a rusted out pick up, wearing torn clothes.) He took the time to explain how the range worked in terms I could understand and showed me the problem. It was fixed and he was out in 20 minutes. What a great experience. Comcast could learn a lot from you!!
