  • Ken diagnosed the problems quickly, ordered the part necessary for the washer, and came back a few days later to repair both appliances. He did a great job and in the shortest possible time, phone calls were answered promptly, and he was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely hire him again. The price listed below included parts for both the washer and stove as well as labor.

  • It was nearly impossible to reach these people. Unreturned phone calls, broken appointments, no shows, etc. Even after giving them a chance, after unthinkable excuses for delays, we ended up asking them to leave our home when they finally did come. I called another appliance company and had the work performed stress and damage free. The woman who handles their admin things in the office is pleasant and does her best but the follow through is challenging or non-existent. Maybe we just caught them at a bad time??

  • It went excellent as it always does when I hire him to do work on one of my machines. He is very polite and doesn't have any problems with you watching him or asking questions which is nice. He has always been on time and has never not been able to not fix what ever is gone wrong. He is also very quick to answer the call for service. He fixed the hose helped me to get things back in order.
    I have since converted over my mother and two of her friends to his service and they have all been very satisfied with his work and are grateful at how nice and polite he is.
    His prices have always been very reasonable for what he does.
    I would and have reccomended him to anybody that needs appliance service and maintance.

  • Overall. I couldn't have asked for things to go any better. He was very polite and didn't have any objections to me watching what he was doing and even asking him an occasional question or two. He was a very pleasant man and someone that I would tell all of my family and friends about. The fact that he was able to do it so quickly and didn't have to order the belt which would have taken longer to get it fixed made me a client forever. If I ever had any other appliance break down he would be the first one that I would call. His prices were more than reasonable and his ability to get it done in such a timely manner made it that much better. I have nothing but great things to say about Paul Rogers and his company.

  • Last week, after doing a load of wash, I put the clothing into the dryer. Instead of hearing nearly nothing (front loader Kenmore), I heard what sounded like a bucket of nails clanking around the tub!
    I knew no one who could help me, so I checked Angie's List. Cole's came with straight A's, so I called. He said he could come that afternoon!!!
    He and his assistant arrived and within 15 minutes he had not only diagnosed the problem, but had fixed it.
    After that work was done, I asked him about my refrigerator that was spraying water instead of pouring water into a glass. I also told him I had a warranty. He looked at the problem, diagnosed it and told me that it would be better to go with the warranty than have him do it because it would be less expensive if I went that way.
    He definitely is not into gouging people. He has a most pleasant nature. He comes in and goes straight to the job at hand. I would definitely hire him again and refer him to friends and family.
    The only downside to his work is that now I have all this laundry to do!!! sigh

  • He replaced the motor in my dryer. I would recommend him to anyone and call him again myself. He came to diagnosis the problem and gave me some options. It was a quick job. He did 2 other repairs he found that needed to be fixed. This was very helpful to preventive further issues. The dryer has worked ever since.

  • My year old Whirlpool refrigerator stopped cooling and making ice. There were ice crystals forming inside the freezer as a steady drip continued to flow inside.

    Of course, it was Labor Day.

    I called Lowe's, where I had purchased it, and reported the issue (it was under warranty). They scheduled service for Wednesday.

    On Tuesday, the company called and asked if they could come out immediately. I told them no one would be home, but if they could just come in, it would be fine with me! That was fine with them.

    Tim came out, identified the problem, fixed it (loose wire), cleaned out the freezer including defrosting it! I don't know about the price because of the service contract, but I do know they were flexible enough to allow entry without anyone home and that is terrific! I wish more companies did that.

  • First time I used Angies List. I was new in the area and had no prior experience with appliance repair firms. My daughter recommended using Angies List. I signed up on line and selcted Coles because Angie had him highly rated with lots of useful user comments. I left message. He returned the call shortly. I described problem; we set appointment for next day. He showed up promptly. He diagnosed problem immediately and showed my how worn out wheel as slipping. He brought the part with him. He was courteous, patient, worked closely teaching his assistant. Thorough, quick, pleasant. Thanks, Angie!! My wife and I will call him again in a heartbeat.

  • Mr. Rogers advised me not to repair the glass top on the stove as it would be more than the stove was worth, and he told me it was okay to use - not dangerous. I really appreciated that advice, especially the next time I priced my stove at Lowes!
