    Mike and Rich offer long experience, honest professional service at reasonable cost. I was able to make an appointment convenient for me and waited in a comfortable area while my my car was efficiently repaired. They thoroughly completed brake repairs and I left with the peace of mind that my wife���s aging Subaru was safe for many more miles. They previously serviced my Saab and are expert in the conditions that occur in older cars, especially Saabs. They service most makes and models and will advise if a repair is truly needed before you incur an expense. I would rely on them for anything from minor maintenance to major repairs. I don���t often submit reviews and wouldn���t hesitate to offer criticism, but ���A��� excellent reflects my experience.

    Brought my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe to Ed at Eastup Automotive for a check engine light issue.  Dropped vehicle off Thursday night and awoke to a call Friday morning with the diagnosis.  After scanning the codes Ed determined that the fuel tank sending unit was faulty or intermittent. He recommended a dealer repair as a more cost effective solution. I mentioned that the right rear tail light was flashing rapidly and that both front and rear lamps had been changed.  He said no problem, he could fix that.  A couple of hours later, he called to say the car was ready.  My wife drove off in the vehicle as I stayed behind to settle up the bill of $120.  Ed had spent time trouble shooting and wound up switching the wiring in the right rear tail light socket - strange since it had come from the factory that way and worked fine up until now.  Just then I received a call from my wife to report the problem remained.  She returned with the vehicle and Ed pulled it in and started working on it again. We spent time together as Ed determined that it was a bad ground and that he couldn't locate the problem but the dealer would have a better history of such problems and could fix it.  So I was left charged $120 and two plus hours of my time and inconvenience with the same results as when I brought the vehicle in.
    The dealer replaced the tail light socket and repaired the issue for $40.
    I expected better as a long time customer of Eastup Automotive.

    The folks here are brilliant.  Prompt, professional, and almost always  under estimate.  There has been one instance in 6 years where the final price was the quoted price.  Every other time the final cost is below estimate.  Dan in particular is a stand out -- friendly, understanding, funny and a wealth of knowledge.  I would, and I have, recommended LRI without reservation.

    The repairs were done very well. After they were completed, the car passed inspection with no issues. There was a few other repairs necessary, which they did as well. I'm happy with the quality of the work. I only have two minor complaints. It took almost two months for the repairs to be completed. To be fair, they did tell me at the outset that due to the time of year (winter), it would take longer than usual, as they need to make collision work a priority. Wasn't expecting it to take two months, but they did provide a loaner vehicle so I wasn't without a car during this time. The second was there was no communication provided as to how the repairs were progressing. Again, since I did have access to the vehicle they provided, this wasn't a major problem.

It took an additional day for service due to the fact my car is an older model and many parts are not kept in stock. I am very pleased with how fast Mike had me back on the road.

    Replaced cabin air filter  other than than routine w/ oil change, rotate tires  and various inspections and resetting.
    Satisified with the service and will return to Emerson for future check ups.

    I completed the online service request but didn't hear back from the service department, so I had to call and confirm that my appointment was scheduled. It was and they provided a loaner car and did complete the service within the time stated. This was a major service and expensive, but that would be the case no matter where I went. Overall, I find that dealing with them is a positive experience and will use them in the future.

    They were very prompt. Worked hard,friendly, were eager to please, were open to requests for certain things
    that I wanted that I thought had been missed.
    I was very pleased with the work.
    I couldn't afford new vehicles. But when they were done it looked like I had 2 new ones
    I am considering having my motorcycle detailed.
