  • Very professional and competent service. Stark difference between Time Warner service a week earlier when Time Warner tech received calls every 15 minutes to ensure he was on schedule to get to his next appointment and live up to their advertising campaign. We were not rushed by Geek Squad to hurry up and ask our questions as was the case with Time Warner.

  • When I called to see if I could get a credit for this the operator said I could not.  I asked to speak to their customer service person and they said they would not help me.  I asked for a street address and they would not give this to me, nor a PO box.

  • We, the family are heartbroken to the lack of attention to detail.  The label on the urn had the wrong year of death.   The guest book also had a wrong date; the date of death was incorrect. 
    The director we dealt with lacked empathy, sympathy and gave us no direction what so ever.  Several family members also mentioned to us about how the director seemed he had more important places to be.
    The directional signs in the cemetary (all 2 of them) directing family to the graveside got family lost including the chaplin and the director was  annoyed because people were late because they were lost in Laurel Hill.
    We feel we did not get what we paid for.  I think we lost their interest once they new we already had a niche and urn.  It was more about the checkboxes for the billing of services.  
    We used Hope because of my father's wishes only because he thought it would be leass expensive.   This was our third immediately family member we lost this year so we have another Funeral Home to compare it with.  This turned out to be a heartbreaking experience in addition to our loss, and now we live with the regret we sent our loved one to Hope.   
    We went down to see a specific person about the matter, after calling firstto make sure they would be available only  to find out they had left for the day just before we got there.
    Our issues and concerns were eventually addressed and the typos were corrected.  But this is the memory
    of the service we are left with and that you cannot get back.
    On the positive, the facility is nice and the room was spacious.

  • When I tried to update my anti virus software a couple a weeks before, evidently I clicked on the wrong icon. Somehow I managed to really mess everything. They came fixed the problem, deleted what I did not need and updated what needed to be updated including my hotmail account. By the time they left my computer working faster and I am very satisfied with the company. I would have no problem calling them again.
