From my first conversation with Dr. Feder's secretary, Keri I felt that she was truly interested in the specifics of my situation with four-month-old twins and help me figure out the best way to organize an appointment. She was not in a hurry or trying to push me along. I was able to meet Dr. Feder prior to our first visit and he sat with me and my children for a good fourty-five minutes asking me questions and really describing his approach to working with families. He was not afraid to touch my children and at our first visit he even changed a diaper. His nurse Pst is Absolutely wonderful, she did their injections with the blink of an eye and conveyed genuine empathy to each child that I know that were able to receive. She was also really patient with me when I asked questions about lot numbers on vaccine and reserved the right to hold of on one vaccine. I feel like this will be a good and lasting relationship for our family and I am very grateful to have found Dr. Feder and the lovely people that work with him.

We use Dr. Lorien Batt and she is excellent. She is a fast talker but she gets to the root of the problem whether my kids have croup, earaches, or other problems. Have had her for 2 1/2 years and love her! hate leaving the practice since we are moving to another town and need one closer to home.

Dr. Endrizzi is wonderful, speaks to both me (the patient) and my wife, and explains clearly and patiently, with x-ray examples, what is going on, what is needed or can wait. Someday, I will need a reverse shoulder replacement, but no harm in waiting. I am thrilled, and have high confidence in Dr. Endrizzi. And for now, even though my x-rays show horrible deterioration of the shoulder, I am happy and at ease with moving on without surgery at this time.

It went really well. The nurse practitioner Emily Davis, listened to everything. Gave suggestions and a prescription for an allergy Med for my oldest son. My youngest had to have booster shots, they were quick and efficient with them. All my kids love this pediatric office. I'm really glad that I switched them to this office.it's really worth the drive!

I like the doctor. She's wonderful and knowledgeable. The wait is always long though. We're usually in the room for over an hour. I don't like the rooms themselves. The rooms aren't very clean. They are really good with the kids. They have after hours doctors and weekend visits.

Pen Bay passed me back and forth from NP to NP, never even trying to help cure my back injury. I could not hate them more. They are incompetent, lazy, asinine, and should be brought up for malpractice. Every time I file a complaint, it gets thrown out! Because they're the ones reviewing the complaints!!! FIVE YEARS later I still have my back injury, and I'm on my way to Portland for a REAL DOCTOR to help fix me. TWO HOURS DRIVE!!!! I hate Pen Bay. Specifically, Dr. Emery and NP Gina Hershberg. TOTALLY INEPT. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE FIXED!!!! I wish I could tell the world!!

I called today for a sick appointment for my oldest daughter. This was at 8:30am, just after they'd opened. They told me she could be seen at 3:30 pm today by another practitioner other than her regular one, who was and quot;Out Sick until Mayand quot;. Excuse me? I pretty much demanded to speak with the office manager again after this last debacle. I had to leave a message. I got a call back and proceeded to tell her again, how unsatisfied i was withe their service. That having to wait all day for an appointment was inexcuseable and the last straw to keeping my kids in their practice. They lose files, don't seem to know what other doctors they work with for referrals for specialist care, and i was tired of being treated like a 2nd class citizen because my kids are on Maine Care. I've never had such poor treatment at a multi-physician practice in 14 years. The last time i did i left the practice that caused the issues. I would absolutely tell anyone who could, to go to Bangor for pediatric care. My 15yo daughter appreciated the physicians office we went to today much more, and felt more comfortable. I was told once and quot;we have so many patients we can't keep track of who needs a PA and who doesn'tand quot; it really made me quite angry. Like my daughter and her auto-immune disease weren't Important, that my other daughter with ADHD is just a number and only have 15 minutes to speak with the doctor. My grief is with the Pediatricians office of this Maine Coast Memorial Hospital Satellite office. I've had continued miscommunications and long waits for referrals. I really would hate to see how they treat patients with more serious ailments.

My son was misdiagnosed on several occasions. For example, we brought him in with severe vomiting and diarrhea, but they told us he had a flu, instead of a milk protein allergy. In his chart there was confirmation of a milk protein allergy, but they failed to recognize this. If you choose to use this provider, I recommend that you request only the certified doctor. We don't have faith in the other available staff. We continue to visit this provider, because it is the only place for my son to see Dr. LeBlond.
