We have been very satisfied with them and they are very good. They are just super honest and super good and just really good people. They have always done a really great job for us. They are very prompt. Sometimes it takes a few days to get in because they are really super popular but it is worth the wait.

They have worked on my 1999 4runner for the last five years. Everything from the radiator leaking into the trans mission, to replacing my catalytic converters that were stolen, to repairing the rear differential that rusted through. They have always come up with excellent solutions to the problems without breaking the bank. I highly recommend them.

I called on a Thursday and the car was looked at and finished by mid-day Friday. I believe drop off was around 9:30 and the vehicle was taken care of promptly and the problem was fixed. Price is always reasonable here and they take very good care of repeat business. I've been going there for 6 years with any car I own and I've never had a bad experience. I would recommend them for any auto mechanic work.

In having a very bad experience with another used car dealer in the area, I went to Rowe Ford as my husband had already purchased a 2006 Hyundai Sonata from Rowe Ford and had a very pleasant experience.

Now, vehicles are expensive and the time it takes to purchase one pretty much consumes a day, or 2; depending on the situation.

The sales reps at Rowe Ford are experienced, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their policy is to supply you with a copy of not only the Car Facts for the vehicle you're interested in; but also provide you a copy of their extensive inspection preformed on the vehicle once it comes into their shop for a trade. My vehicle, a 2005 Ford Freestyle, was a Fleet vehicle (this pretty much means that it was driven at a company and was probably driven by multiple people who probably beat the crap out of it). They put new tires, resurfaced the rotters, even down to new windshield wipers on my vehicle. I was definitely impressed.

My husband has needed new brakes, rotters and tires (he has now owned his vehicle for almost 5 year!!!!) That and his oil changes are all that he's needed to do to his vehicle. I have only needed regularly scheduled oil changes/maintenance. I have owned my vehicle for almost 3 years.

Not only am I now a Ford Driver (I will never own any other type of vehicle) but I will also always go to Rowe Ford. I LOVE my car!!! What I love more about my car, is that it also loves me, no major work, no issues, the reports that Rowe Ford provided were detailed, accurate and saved me a lot of money (if I had to make the repairs myself). It was a very pleasant experience!

I will go back to Rowe Ford to buy my next vehicle and so will my husband! We both had a great time buying the vehicle and the sales reps were very friendly.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in search for a new or used vehicle!

I purchased a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero at Lee Auto Mall in approximately 2005.  I had nothing but problems with this vehicle.  I called multiple times to get the vehicle repaired/looked at and each time there was something new and different wrong with it.  I was spending monthly more in repairs than I was in car payments.

I had become pregnant in 2007 and decided that I could not drive around a baby, or a pregnant me in this vehicle any longer.  I complained to the BBB and the Attorney General of Maine in regards to Lee Auto Mall.  After speaking with Adam Lee (who is no where near nice, professional or courteous) he agreed to give me basically what I had paid for the car, minus mileage I had put on it; which I was very pleased with.

They put me in a used 2006 or 2007 Isuzu SUV that I had never heard of but it was clean, had a decent Car Facts report and was told to me that an older woman owned it and was downsizing.  It had leather interior, high safety rating and was in very good shape; or so I thought.  I had the vehicle for 3 days, yes, 3 days.  It started making this horrid noise!  I brought it to the dealer and told them to fix it.  That I had just traded in a piece of crap car and that this was supposed to be a great, reliable, safe vehicle for me.  The following day they called me and told me, "we think we have fixed the issue".  The female on the line told me that I should come pick up the vehicle, "test drive it and see how it goes".  I went to pick up the vehicle and not 5 miles down the road; the noise started up again.

I called the Used Car Garage portion of the service center and spoke with the manager there.  I had told him that this was insane, that the salesman that had sold me the Isuzu had bragged about how well their company was doing and how many cars they had sold that month (which he informed me had broken company records).  Yet, this vehicle was not reliable.  The manager states, "well I know there are axel problems; but we really can't fix those." I said, excuse me, axel problems? He said that the axel was bent and that's where the noise was coming from.  I hung up with him after telling him that I would be turning around and bringing the vehicle back.

I told the sales dept that they could either take the vehicle and scratch the loan and just call it a wash, or put me in a brand new vehicle with a really good deal.

The ended up putting me in a 2007 PT Cruiser; which sucked...I traded that in at a local dealer about 2 years later and have never been happier with the purchase from Rowe Ford Westbrook.

STAY AWAY FROM LEE AUTO MALL!!! Their slogan is, "We never forget whose driving" I always add, "We never forget whose driving, we just don't give a %%$^&"

Will never do business with them ever again and I tell everyone looking for a new car never to go to them!

I like that they specialize in Toyotas, as Ken is a certified Toyota Mechanic. I think that they have very reasonable prices and are very honest. They do not try to do work that is not needed on your car.

I used the card to pay for gas and had no problems at the gas station. I would do it again for sure!
