    Limo was arranganged by rep., Jessica the day before for a quoted price of $400. I paid by debit card and the limo was to arrive at 2:30p the following day, 5/24/13 (contract was for hired limo for $400 from 2:30p.-10:00p). I received a vm from Jessica at 1:07p the day of the Prom advising their company computer systems were not responding And it would be necessary to pay $400 cash when the limo arrived. I checked my online credit union account and confirmed no money had been debited to my account, so my husband went to retrieve $400 cash while I continued helping my daugher. The limo arrive @ 2:38p. I handed the driver, Peter the cash (his assistant, Fabiana deferred to him, saying "the money was his responsibility"). While we reviewed this night's itinerary, he marked the itinerary noting the $400 cash. Fabiana handed me a paper with Peter's cell & I noted the $400 I had given to Peter there as well for myself. Four adults watched me give Peter $400 for the evenings event. At 7:26p, Peter left a vm stating that due to the length of time if took to retrieve the children, it would be necessary to have them leave the prom early to get home on time OR pay an additional $50 to let them stay until the originally agreen time of 10:00p., "per the owners". As it was Prom, I agreed to pay the additional $50. These two employees left my home with a $400 original payment, an additional $50 payment to remain until the agreed time, and a $90 tip...
    The next day, Saturday, I noted that Portland Maine Limo had indeed debited my account and I called Jessica, whom I immediately appologized and assured me she would reverse the charges and forward a conformation number by Monday. It has been two months and the manager, Robert Finlay is refusing a refund. In my opinion, Jessica and Peter perpetrated a fraud, requesting additional money under false pretenses and Mr. Finlay, whom is respondsible for his employees, has aided his employees in doing so.

It is done, professionally, correctly, and on time. On the day prior to our scheduled departure, the area was hit by a snow storm that was crippling the entire Northeast. Wanting to be sure we were not snowed in, I called Cheryl at 10:00 AM to see if we could leave a day earlier. We were on a plane with all reservations changed by 1:00 that afternoon.
