DWilliam provided a free quote and it was fairly competitive. His price seemed fair (though we've since received another quote slightly lower). He seemed competent so agreed on timing and price and decided to move forward. Our property management company required a few standard items (evidence of liability insurance, W9, and written quote). He pushed back, ultimately agreed to provide the items the following Monday, then never did. I just followed up and now he's declining the project. Very unprofessional and disappointing outcome. I would have loved to work with him and probably would have if we didn't have a professional property manager looking out for our best interests. For reference, his quote for gutter repair and minor shingle repair was $850. Other quotes we received were $2,200 and $725.

AHazelwood Handyman was amazing. They were on time, did a great job and came in at the estimated price. One thin guy moved a frig that weighs at least 800 pds- it took 4 movers to put it in place when installed. I was amazed! Highly recommended.

AOddscapes has been taking care of my yard Summer, Fall and Winter for several years. They are a very responsive, thorough and dependable business. As I get older and am less able to do things myself they have stepped up and accommodated all of my requests and needs. The Fall leaf clean-up was the most recent. I was not home when they were here but when I came home ,I was so very impressed with the spectacular job they had done. My yard looked so nice without a leaf in sight. I highly recommend Jen and Ernie.

The work was meticulous and professional and included labelling every screen as the screens came off. The price was quite reasonable.

AIt went incredible. He came in and did an estimate. What I had in my mind, he did it better. I have dogs and he totally understood that I love my dogs. He was great at telling me what I would and wouldn't need because of my dog. He fixed some things that the last person did wrong. He gave me all the information and let me make the decisions. He got here early and finished on time. We already have another project in the works. He is a very honest man!

ATyler was very professional and answered all my questions. As well a bring up concerns that that I should have about the care of ones roof. We were able to create a plan for my roof over the phone. This made it easy to schedule the work at our connivence. He described the process and chemicals being used; and their effect on my plants and cedar shingles. He did explain that it may take 2 to 3 months for the roof to become completely clean. But assured that he could come back in a few months if wanted to get the roof rinsed off with a hose and not a high pressure washer. I’m looking forward to a clean roof.
