AWood Floor ServicesI can not speak highly enough of Matt and Wood Floor services. We had him pull out some old tile, replace it with hardwood, refinish the existing hardwood floors and blend it in to the new wood. He is very proud and critical of his work (as any artist is) and clearly takes great pride in doing the job right. Our floors turned out beautifully! You cannot tell where the old floor ends and the new floor begins. He was fast, friendly, courteous, and helpful. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and he did it all for a very fair price- actually came in below the initial estimate. We are in the middle of a major kitchen remodeling job and I wish that all of the other contractors were as easy to work with as Matt. If you are looking for someone to put n new flooring or refinish existing flooring Matt is your guy! You might have to wait for him. All of our neighbors now want to use him.- William G.

AFloorableBrandon and his partner were efficient and polite from start to finish, and their work was flawless. Mine was an unusual job and Brandon did a fair amount of research and troubleshooting to determine the best way to approach our project. AUpright Building ServicesFred did a great job on our house! This was the second time we've had Upright work on our home, and we were just as pleased as the first time. To start, our front door was extremely drafty. Fred essentially rebuilt the frame, installed our new door and storm doors, and he also used spray foam insulation to ensure that no air would be leaving or entering the house. The frame was tricky to repair because the original work was just... bad... but Fred did a great job fixing it all up. Next, he installed new flooring and trim work. Again, the quirks of an older house made the job difficult, but the end result is amazing and just what my wife and I envisioned. Fred is a personable guy and a hard worker, and next time we need work, we will be giving him another call.- Sean H.

AHiggins Carpet One Floor & HomeGreat! Terry with Mary made our flooring installation a seamless process. Great initial customer service and then Terry came out and measured our room. They were accommodating of my flexible schedule after have a surgery during the Summer. After changing our minds on style ( a few times), Bob and co-worker, (sorry I forgot his name) completed the job in less than a day. They were very professional too. AWe have pine hardwood floors which hadn't been redone in approximately 10 years and were quite worn in many places. We called Sam's Flooring and they came to our house within several days and gave us a very fair estimate to refinish the floors. We made an appt to have the work done and several days later asked if we could reschedule for several weeks later. They very quickly responded and agreed to our request. The day of the appt they were here on time. We found them to be extremely quick to respond to our communications. They did an awesome job on the floors. They look like brand new again. We would definitely recommend hiring Sams Flooring for your flooring needs.

FMy wife and I walked into this store. It felt like I was bothering the salesman right from the beginning. I had to keep asking him to show me certain pieces. All the while he was calling my wife "honey" and "darlin'"! When I asked for a quote to have my room done he scratched some numbers on a notepad's tiny piece of paper and ripped it out and handed it to me. Ok?. See ya! I hate giving negative reviews, but to me customer service can be 80% of the sale. The store I finally chose was night and day compared to this experience. Likewise, I don't wish ill will to a local business, but the vibe I got at this place makes me want to hope they lose some customers with this review.

AThey did an excellent job. The floor looks brand new. I am amazed how wonderful it looks and without all the dust that is created with sanding. I would definitely use Sandless again. The workers were so pleasant and professional explaining everything and giving me the choice of the finish that I wanted. They were done so much quicker than I had expected as my husband and I have personally refinished hardwood before but being retired decided it was something that I didn't want to tackle ourselves. It certainly was a lot cheaper to do Sandless than the other estimates we received to have the floor sanded and refinished the old messy method. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sandless again and highly recommend them.
