AWe could not be happier. This firm was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and on site. They were prompt, arriving on site exactly when they said they would. While the solution to the problem was simple the diagnosis was not.. He found the problem causing wire and for a modest fee our electric was up and running in an instant.

FI called them 3 times on 3 successive days. Each time I left a message as to my needs and my phone number. They never returned my call. I can't imagine anyone wanting to use a contractor that is at best incredibly disorganized or most likely so conceited that the customer just doesn't matter.

BOffice doesn't call back very well but when you get through to owner he's great. They come right out, don't leave any mess. Give good ideas, ways to cut costs. Looking forward to using them on lots of future needs.
