I see Dr. Hull on a monthly basis for my back. He is a part of the Mercy group and I have been seeing him since the last September or October. He is very interested in his patients and he listens well. He is very open to giving referrals when it is needed. He has a good network of the other doctors that he works with. It has been a good experience so far. They are a first class operation. They are very good in the office. However, the billing and administration is always messed up.

When I first started seeing him I was very satisfied with the service. His office staff and nurses are great. Within the last year his office has gotten extremely busy and it was impossible to get me in for blocks, sometimes I was waiting as long as four months no matter how badly I needed it. He had me on painkillers for an extended amount of time and the tylenol that was in those painkillers gave me a peptic ulcer. My primary care provider said that narcotic pain relivers for long-term use can be dangerous, especially if they have the tylenol or aspirin in them. He was negligant in explaining my condition and what other options I had available for treatment. I believe he has become overwhelmed with the number of patients he has that he can no longer give each person the individual attention they need. Whenever I would complain that my face was hurting he would just add another prescription without even having me go to the office. I am now in the process of finding a better doctor for my treatment and I would not recommend him to anyone who has nerve damage and is looking for not just relief but answers as well.
