    I felt like I was taking up too much of his time, but he assured me he normally spends some time with his bride to bes to ensure he captures the vision for their big day. He made suggestions I never thought of... Ex: adding some bling amidst the baby breath to add some sparkle and wrapping my bouquet with something sentimental like a handkerchief. Also adding the bridesmaids' names to each bouquet's ribbon. He was very thorough, going over all the details of what colors the boutonnière should be for my groom, for the groomsmen, for my dad, and his dad too. Another idea he had was to correspond the colors of my girls' bouquets with the colors of their varying purple dresses.  Thanks to Downeast Flowers, I am no longer stressing about this component for my wedding day. I am completely thrilled and relaxed about the arrangement. I know they will do an amazing job and I can't wait to see them! If you want a truly professional and caring florist, I would absolutely recommend them!

    The sales associate who took my order was very friendly. In the process of taking my order he told me a funny anecdote about a wedding that they'd provided flowers for; he made me laugh during a sad time. I provided limited information for my floral order - six red roses and six white roses, and the bouquet was beautiful, received compliments from another family member.

    THE OWNER WENT THROUGH HER COLLECTION OF SILK FLOWERS SO THAT I COULD CHOOSE THE KIND OF FLOWERS THAT I WANTED AND THE ARRANGEMENT. THEY REALLY MADE AN EFFORT TO UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, AND THE WORK TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY.

    I had two funeral in one week, so I just forgot to order flowers for one of them just because I was busy with all the planning etc..?. period. It was me who forgot. So I get on line thinking no way will I be able to get flowers at 10pm at night and get them delivered to a funeral for 4pm the next day. And Wildflowers did that. The basket of flowers were reasonable and the arrangement stood out from the others. Not many things these days blow me away but this company did. I would use them again and again. Thanks Heidi for helping me out last minute with the most beautiful basket of flowers.

    I had no problem with quality of the arrangement or delivery. My problem is the amount of emails that I constantly receive each week. Sometimes,multiple times each day. I have asked multiple times to be removed from their mailing list. I continue to receive them. My mailbox is constantly loaded with their ad.

    WARREN'S FLORIST
    Requested a ribbon with "MOM" on it. Basket was prepared with a white ribbon on which Warren had printed "MOM" with a black felt tip pen. It was very unprofessional and certainly not what we expected. We cut that portion of the ribbon off.

    Our daughter, who lives in the Boston MA area, ordered flowers, online, through "Standish Today Florists", to be delivered in Maine for her mother's birthday (the florist who actually made up the arrangement was "Maine Street Florist and Gift").  She used the Maine phone number provided as Standish is 5 miles from our house.  Immediately after the delivery, a picture was taken of the flowers and emailed to our daughter, who became very upset because the arrangement received looked nothing like the one pictured in the florist's advertisment.  She called the florist and said she was very dissatisfied with the arrangement received.  The young lady she spoke with asked for the order confirmation number and said they would look into it.  An email with the picture of the flowers, as delivered, was sent to the florist. The florist did not respond, so my daughter called them again and spoke with a man who said he had seen the arrangement before it left the florist's and was satisfied with it and was not going to do anythig further about it. My daughter then sent a second email stating she was extremely upset with their response to the situation and that she would never do business with them again.  She also mentioned that she posting a review of the experience she had with this florist on "Angies List". In a little over ½ hour after sending the email, she received an email from the florist, saying:        "I am sorry you were upset by the arrangement as you are - and out of fairness and to ease some of your hurt feelings I am           giving you a discount of $15.00 -  hope you have a better day" An additional note:  The delivery address for the flowers is the first house on a street off a major state highway, approximately 7 easy miles from the florist, going through 2 rotarys and 1 left turn.  The mail box and the newspaper box are both marked with a large street number.  About 2 minutes before the deliverywas received, we got a call from the young woman delivering flowers asking where on Wood Road we lived.  We told her and she was seen coming down the street as we hung up.  The discount the florist gave my daughter was the same amount he charged for the delivery fee.

    They are horrible. They didn't provide me what I asked for and didn't refund me my money. The owner verbally threatened me and told me to leave the store. I would recommend people not to go there.
