Mr. Castonguay and his son were timely for both the estimate visit and for the installation. They also called to confirm visits to insure that that there was no misunderstanding of date and time. Leo and Lief removed the roof of the residence, removed most of the sheet rock, most of the insulation, and all of the framing members that they wanted from the roof. Then winter set in. Leo and Lief were hired to remove a 2200 square foot home that we were demolishing. The total cost was to be $3000 with them taking all the lumber involved, removing the debris in dumpsters, and pushing in and covering the foundation. They were paid $1500 upfront. The project began in September 2013.

It went extremely well. The work took two days to complete. It was don in a professional manner, on-time and as requested. They even finished any work which was left undone on the floor installation.
