Made an early morning appointment and said I would wait.  For some reason they did not perform the servicing until early afternoon.  On the other hand, the quality of their work seems superior.  Next time I will be very specific.

I made an appointment at Lex Connection and I took it right in.  They diagnosed the problem

and fixed it within an hour.  Not only would I recommend them to anyone, I still use them.  Awesome service, friendly atmosphere and an abundance of knowledge/

I will go to them repeatedly. They're a good bunch. They're very polite, knowledgeable and very willing to help. They want to find an answer to what the problem is with your vehicle and they are on top of it. They're all just down to earth good guys.

They did a great job, did the work on time and within the quoted price. We had just purchased the car and got an estimate from Lake Region. The estimate was far better than any other so we chose Lake Region to do the work. We had used them before and had been happy with the outcomes. We would definitely do business with them again.

The salesperson was very polite and professional. I had done my homework- Consumer Reports, Edmunds and Carfax on the specific car we wanted. I had the price we wanted to pay, the % for title and registration, the amount for sales tax and the amount to pay for documentation fees. BEWARE- the dealership has $399 printed on its bill of sale for administrative fee- Consumer Reports suggests not to pay over $100. We ended up paying $125. However, there wasn't full disclosure that they charged us $399 for Theft Protection- we didn't realize this until we were closing with the financial person. We said we didn't know about this and didn't want the theft protection, but because we had signed the initial agreement with the salesperson, we were stuck with the theft protection. The dealership makes it look like you have to pay the $399 for administrative fee and they automatically add the theft protection without asking. We called out insurance agent and he said the protection isn't necessary and it wouldn't lower our insurance premium. The dealership said that it might help lower our premium. I won't go there again- I don't appreciate the ADDED CHARGES and the lack of full disclosure. Dealerships have many gimmicks to add to the cost of a car. Also, we were paying cash and wanted to buy it on the Thurs we were there, but would have had to wait 2 hrs for the financial person. We made an appointment for the next night and still had to wait over an hour. We almost walked out.

They are really good and do a complete overall service. I trust their work better than anyone around town. They are pricey,  but it is worth it very honest and professional. They cost more but maybe able to save you money in the long run. I have been using them for a while now and I will continue to use them in the future if I need to.

It cost me over seven hundred dollars just to change my spark plugs. The office and staff are very pleasant but I will not use them again in the future.  Mr. Nate Connors told me a year ago I would have the owner's guide for my truck but I have not received it as of yet. It should not take that long to get it they will not get another nickle of my money.

They are good. It is family owned and they are very accommodating. They have been in business for 3 generations and they always do a good job with anything and everything. They have a good reputation. They also do auto body. They are good to follow up.

We have known the guy for a long time. I do not think that they happen to do as good of work with some other foreign models as they do with Volkswagens, but they are very honest, I think they are very fair, and they do really excellent work on a number of foreign models. I just do not think they tend to do as well with Subarus, which is what we have been driving recently. I drive the Subaru, and it is a little out of the way from where we live.

They have serviced many of our cars over the years, and even have provided a pick-up and drop-off for us when necessary. Rich and Darrell are good about explaining the problem and giving us a heads up if the repair looks like it's going to be higher than the estimate. The public waiting area is cramped and not overly clean.
