    L.F. GRASS CUSTOM TILE INSTALLATIONS
Great work! Lloyd and Brad were very polite and kind, and sensitive to what we wanted done. We were undecided on a few things and they gave us advice when we asked and really helped us out. The demo work was more complicated than expected, and they handled it wonderfully and still completed the project when we needed it to be done.

Fred and his team is very professional and he is very detailed and wants every part of the job to as close to 100% perfect. His very good at communicating and keeps you informed of all the details. He is not the cheapest, but his prices are very fair considering the excellent quality of his carpentry and repair work. I would highly recommend Fred and his team.

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job.  I can't say enough good things about them.  They responded quickly to my inquiry, gave us a fair quote and did the work in a timely manner.  With the kitchen cabinet my wife wasn't entirely sure what she wanted but Mike gave her a couple of ideas and the one she chose we never even thought of.  Definitely using them again and am recommending them to everyone I know!

We were very pleased with this contractor's work. Our project was complex and lengthy, and involved a lot of sub-contractors, and the work was excellent across the board. Dean, especially, made numerous on-the-spot suggestions for improving on the design and execution that worked out great. The work crew was friendly and respectful, left the house in good shape each day they were here, and it was actually enjoyable to have them around. The sub-contractors were all skilled, friendly, and easy to be with, came when expected and handled unexpected snafus with ease. The work turned out super, greatly improved the house in all the ways we hoped. Can't comment on price because we didn't bid the project out. Great work, high quality, would definitely use this contractor again for future projects. Highly recommend.

We made an appointment for David (owner) to come out and provide an estimate for; kitchen sub-zero fridge broke down and we had long replaced with a French door type fridge - which left a huge open space above where the old compressor used to be. We were seeking some kind of cabinet in wood/glass or anything other than to look at the empty hole above. We also had a bathroom remodel that had been previously 75% done (tiles and glass doors) but needed some minor finish work done to complete the bathroom not plumbing related - since the prior guys had basically walked off the job.

Since my house had issues with a bathroom specifically and a kitchen specifically and since they claim to offer and quot;complete service for your all your home projectsand quot; or as their truck states and quot;Kitchen and Bathroom Solversand quot; well, I figured these would be the guys to call.

The house is located in Falmouth - so it's not like it's a long distance away. I have to presume that they like easy jobs that they can begin start to finish nothing too complicated that they would have to use their brains on - because that's what the staring was all about when at the house. He kept asking me what the prior guy did - and honestly I have no clue - I didn't stand there and watch every move the prior workers did in the house and they surely didn't come to get me every time they made a move. Sometimes the work that needs to be done - isn't the most desirable, but it still needs to get done - end of story. If you have that kind of situation save yourself the time and trouble of calling these guys and making an appointment because it will likely end up being a huge waste of your valuable time. My time is extremely valuable and had I but known, I would not have called them. I read all of the A reviews and figured it would be worthwhile.

On another note - the guy showed up with filthy shoes and didn't even remotely offer to put and quot;bootiesand quot; on or even take his shoes off before walking on my kitchen floor. He also thought nothing of putting his stuff all over my kitchen counter - that I had just thoroughly cleaned as I was going to be preparing dinner shortly and typically a woman uses her kitchen counters for preparing meals. There were many other places that he could have put his stuff down within the kitchen or even the foyer - but right next to my crock pot was really in poor taste and disrespect. I'm being nice as opposed to saying that the guy was a and quot;pig.and quot; He's not the kind of guy you want doing work for you really, and when it turns out to be something that isn't a and quot;piece of cakeand quot; they'll send you an e-mail stating that they don't really do that kind of work. Really ???? Dare I ask what kind of work it is that you do, do - - - - probably sub-standard at best. Why waste my time as well as yours - when I already explained in detail over the phone before even making the appointment - - - could have told me that over the phone and I would have bypassed the entire appointment and gone to the beach!!

All work went smoothly and to plan. John was able to custom match cabinetry so I did not have to replace my entire kitchen cabinets. It is amazing, when I ask guests where they think the original cabinets are and which are new, no one can pick it. Same goes for the granite counter tops.

Subcontractors were all professional, on time, adhered to estimates and cleaned up afterwards.

So glad I picked tees guys for my kitchen Reno

AMAZING! Don't think twice about these guys. Glen is punctual,
professional, affordable, creative, and precise. Oh and I forgot to
    mention quick!

A reference from my realtor lead me to him, he
came in lower on any given quote I have been given by thousands. So I
was leary.... What quality of work will I get for the price? Will he have any ability to help us or is he really only good for executing orders?

    In
short, he's AMAZING. He gets in and gets out, the work is awesome...
He's creative. I really can't imagine what my house would look like
without his input, it's a house full of problems, but he's a guy full of
really neat solutions. He helps find resources ("new" used windows) and he can do just about anything. I go to him with everything my house needs, because his price is as amazing as his work... and I'm 100% satisfied with it all!

I've been through 8 different contractors to get quotes for the same projects, I went with Glen for all of them, and I don't regret a thing. I give his number to all my friends.

Quality Home Improvement & Handyman Service
Turned up on time and took lots of details but never followed up.

Now they claim on Angies list that I made a false report.

This report is NOT false - I am further disgusted that they would suggest I am lying.  Maybe it is their lack of records that explains why they didn't follow up.  You can be sure as heck I wont ever use this company now!  They could have simply said this was a mistake on their part and they lost track of me.  But it is further proof of their lack of professionalism that they make such remarks about a potential client.  Clearly my assessment was spot on!  Absolutely appalling.  Anyone who looks at my reviews will see I give far more A's than anything else and I am not malicious in any way.  Even when I have had a problem with a company - see my review on Octagon  and then the company resolved the issue I put a nice review up.

Sometime after this Angie's list rep contacted me and asked me to removed my review, I am pleased Angie's List has continued to post this review, a year on. This is kudos to Angie's list for their impartiality

We had Mike do several separate projects, in two different buildings, over the course of a year and half (approx).  After the first project, we just kept calling him back.  The projects were difficulty, in that the property is older and nothing is level or straight.  He was professional, on time, on budget, flexible and very pleasant.  I remember one day during a multiple day project he called  us to say that he had an unexpected conflict.  We thought that was courteous (we've had folks simply not show up before).  But that was not all...he told us that a colleague was on his way to continue the work for him for that day (I think it was drywall) so that the projet did not get behind.  Mike is polite, thorough, and knowledgeable.  He talked us through the projects beforehand and answered all of our questions.  I heard about him from a colleague at work (before I joined Angie's list) and what a great referral.

Every bit of this project went very well.
It was about a five-month timeline.
They prepared an accurate full project proposal and sub-contractor quotes.
Jason and Joe kept us informed of the steps, schedule of activity, sub-contractor delays, material delivery times and installment billing needs.
We were given time to make choices for paint colors, cabinet styles, floorplan layout, lighting and switch locations, all those sort of things.
They installed quite a few materials that we selected and purchased ourselves.
They got along and communicated well with all the sub-contractors, even the ones that I had picked independently.
We were allowed to do some light painting and small fixture installation after hours ourselves.
Joe and Jason found a great drywall installer, electrician, insulation company, and HVAC company. (I also gave them good ratings here on Angie's List)
The quality of work was top notch. Details were not missed.
A kitchen counter-top that we ordered was defective, and Jason wasted no time in getting the local manufacturer informed and an immediate replacement made.
Clean-up and checklist completion was done at appropriate intervals.
    No surprises in billing.

Everyone who visits the house says and quot;WOWand quot; to see how it looks now compared to before. They are as impressed as we are, even the fussy friends and neighbors who usually find fault in anyone's work but their own.
It was a job well done.
Joe and Jason do great work.
