    GLASS ROUTES
Since my wife and I moved into our condo here in Durham, NH, 5 units have needed replacement double glass panes in several windows due to faulty seals. My condo required 10 replacement panes. Glass Routes came up with the lowest estimate and the work was excellent! The company is VERY responsive and Robin in the office is so pleasant and on the ball! The men who estimated and ultimately did the work were very friendly, competent, punctual and the estimates they provided were fair and affordable for our association (I am now on the board). There was a minimum of waiting time between the initial call and work completion; this is a rarity these days. Phone calls and emails were replied to quickly (also a rarity). This will be the company that our association will always call. We like them, trust them and the work is top notch.

Dennis from Traynor arrived promptly and within minutes told us exactly what the problem was and fixed it within a half hour as well as adding handles to the doors so that if it happened again, which he assured us it wouldn't, we could more easily open the doors. Excellent service and value.

We contracted with Ryan for a master bath and closet remodel (new closet built ins) and as the project progressed we decided to add some additional work with new hardwood floors, baseboard trim and paint in the master bedroom. Ryan and all his contractors were very professional and punctual. Everything was handled smoothly with no real surprises. Communication was excellent. Even with the add-ons, they stayed on schedule and the quality of work is very, very good. The best part was at the end of every day the job site was cleaned up. We actually stayed in our master bedroom throughout until it was time to install the floor and paint. We would hire him again 100%.

I can't recommend Kevin higher. I am relatively adept at fixing stuff around the house, so when I hire a contractor, it is usually because I just don't have the time to do it myself. So, I expect them to live up to the quality that I would do myself. Kevin not only lived up to but surpassed it. PROS: - Great communication. He made sure we were both on the same page about what needed fixing and how it would be done. - Very fair price. No overages. Came in right on the estimate. - Excellent work. Everything looks fantastic. - Showed up when he said and got right to work - Worked very diligently - Cleaned up the work area at the end of each day - Very polite and conscientious of our home - This is his only job. It may sound odd, but other handymen we contacted said they could only work on weekends because they had a full time job during the week. And I think the best quality was his expertise. He offered some great advice on the materials we installed. He even helped me avoid costs when I asked him to replace a window and he told me that I could simply get it repaired at Portland Glass for a fraction of the cost. CONS: Truly none. I can't think of one thing that he did wrong or I was not happy about. Bottom line, Kevin is on my speed dial for any new projects around our house. I've used contractors over the years with a variety of results. Kevin is by far the best of the bunch. If you need his services, trust me, you can't do any better.

It went great. The glass is now so easy to clean, and repels water like nobody's business. Paul is extremely knowledgeable about his product, and is responsive, polite, and professional. Thanks Paul!

Installer arrived on time to review the project and provide a quote.  We received the quote within 48 hours as promised.  The quoted price was slightly better than other glass companies in the area and I liked the person that came and provided the quote much better than the other company's representative.  The shower enclosure was ready to be installed when they said it would be and the installation was completed without any problems.  Since it was a custom job I was concerned about how well the glass would fit in the space but it looks fantastic.  We love the enclosure and have no complaints whatsoever.  We would definitely use Glass Routes again.

Chris is Matt's brother and I lucked out getting him for the install, which he performed exceptionally well.  Not only was he a great guy to chat with and learn from but his attention to detail was meticulous.  I knew I had a good company when they walked in with blankets and a vacuum cleaner, even though I already had both prepositioned.  Chris has been doing installs for about 30 years and has the old school craftsman's philosophy:  he is there until the job is completed correctly.  This was evident when the mirror was a little too large and he had to take it back to the shop to grind some off on a Fri afternoon.  Chris not only cleaned up as he went but he also offered to clean up for his predecessors!  He treats your place like his place, not like it was just another job. The only challenge I encountered was on getting a contract signed after Matt estimated the job.  Matt provided a detailed quote with images so you could visualize what you'd get, unlike some other companies.  Matt came out personally and took very careful measurements but then I had some Professional Building Services (my General Contractor (GC)) timeline and scheduling challenges after the GC had to have several call backs to correct deficiencies.  This was not Matt's fault but I did have to follow up with Matt several times.  I was wondering what the service and end result would be if I found Traynor unresponsive as a prospective client, which is arguably the client base they are most responsive to.  My concerns proven unfounded.  Bottom line is that these guys did an exceptional job and the end result is certainly the best part of my new bathroom.

I have a yearly contract with Traynor for garage door maintenance and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The owner was here within 20 minutes and was able to free up the door.

I purchased the door. They were referred to me by my neighbor. My neighbor had a really good feedback about them and then in my visit with them to talk about what I was looking for and the experience I had with different people that I talked to over the last few weeks kind of sold me on them. My friends have used them. There was some mix up in the timing around during the quote. Once the doors arrive, the time that took to deliver it and install it, that was very quick. I will definitely use them again.
