    I never have to wait for long period of time when I go for an appointment. My most recent visit was no exception.As always, Dr. G began my appointment be asking how things were going. At the time, I was stopping a medication I had been on for 2 years. Dr. Gilmore was supportive and listened to me explain some side effects I was having. He then proceeded with the nutrition response testing and adjusted the supplements I have been taking. I was very pleased with how things went. At the end of my visit I had a last minute question. Dr. Gilmore took the time to answer it.

    Wonderful and a breath of fresh air over other treatment in the region. They were thorough, up to date technologically and provided a referral I needed within 24 hours without reminders or teeth pulling, etc. They seemed open minded to preventive and integral/alternative healing, so I am hopeful I will keep this office for my PCP.

    He is a caring and personable guy. If he doesn't exactly know what he's dealing with he has no trouble getting a referral. He always goes with the most experience and best doctors. He has probably the best office hours of 6am to 6pm. His office staff is very friendly. His office is at his home which is an added benefit the ways I see it. He is a very good old fashion doctor. He doesn't rush you and takes as much time as you need. If you have questions he takes time to answer all of them. He is one of the few doctors who give out his email so you can email him and he gets back to you in 30 minutes.

    He listens to everything I tell him, and he responds to it. He changes medications when it needs to be changed. He is willing to spend the time if need be. If I have any problems, he will wait until I have said everything I need to, and then he will color it thoroughly with his opinions. If any medication needs to be changed, it gets changed.

    Service is prompt.  Waiting times in office very minimal with an appointment.  Medical staff usually very friendly, outgoing.  Staff reviews known conditions, makes appropriate inquiries and suggestions, does physical tests/checks as needed, reviews and discusses any incoming data from specialty providers, along with results of their own observations.  Some office staff seem disinterested and bored by routine and often distracted by ongoing intrastaff coversations which are sometimes clearly personal.  Office staff often interrupt each other even when a staff member is speaking with a client.
