I do not own a boat or require services from Clark Marine.  I did serve on the Board of a local charity and called them to donate an item to our charity auction.  They were very kind and responsive and donated 2 service packages to the auction.  It was interesting that these items brought in full value, while many other items did not.  The non profit community appreciates the generosity and support from this company.

They winterize it and tune it and what ever. It happens every fall. They are reliable. He gets the work done when he says he is going to. We have never had any problems with their work. I will use them again.

When we returned in late spring to pick up the boat, we saw that the back of the boat trailer had been jammed into the ground and the tail light area was bent and the tail light broken.  The dirt was still jammed into the tail light.  When we showed this to the staff and even spoke to the owner, they would take no responsibility whatsoever.  They had shrink wrapped the boat and put it in the back storage area themselves.  We straightened the bent area and only asked that they repair the tail light, but the owner absolutely refused, and threatened to take us to court if we stopped payment on our check.  We were astonished with his total lack of professionalism.

They were never able to fix it and charged me for labor and parts.  When I asked them about it, they were very hustle.  They are supposed to be an authorized Honda dealer.  I've reported them to Honda and I don't think Honda has done a thing about it.  They did not know what they were doing so I took it subsequently to the place where I bought it and they fixed it in an hour.  They knew what exactly was wrong and repaired it for a cost of $200.
