    Beverly Moser/Windermere Realty Trust
Beverly & Doug were great! We heard from them a couple times a week and checking in with us. They were always available to answer a call or email from us.  Beverly did a market analysis and helped us set a price for our home. She really is good at what she does because the house sold right away. They have connections with a lot of contractors and were able to connect us with the companies necessary to get things repaired. Overall it was a very favorable experience. If we were moving back to Oregon we would use them again.

    CENTURY 21 Nason Realty
We listed the property right around Labor Day and the final papers were signed on October 29. This is an exceptionally quick turn for such a sale. With 4 showings we had 3 offers. We had spent considerable time renovating and updating this home to prepare it for market so it did make the realtor's job easier.

FONTAINE FAMILY - THE REAL ESTATE LEADER
She came to all of the meetings. While at those she gave some input, made some comments, and made some good recommendations. I thought it was very nice of her to take the time to come to that. Yeah, she is going to make a commission if I go forward, but this is above and beyond. She calls me when she tells me she is going to call me. She calls me to confirm, she has been at every meeting with the contractor, and I feel like she has given unbiased suggestions. I think that she has been very professional as well. I like her and I would buy a house from her.

    Points East Real Estate
Our journey with Jason Smith began in San Diego, California. We were looking to relocate in Machias, Maine and found a lovely home in East Machias.  Although this house was purchased by the existing tenants, it lead us to the eventual purchase of our dream home in Machias.  Jason personally assisted us with the relocation from San Diego and provided us with a gorgeous rental on Orange Lake while our condo sold and we were ready to buy our forever home.  Jason continually went out of his way to resolve issues that came along with any issues that arose and provided us with invaluable negotiation advice.  Mr. Smith is a very warm and caring agent and we would recommend him without hesitation.

    Drum & Drum Real Estate
He gave a very believable evaluation of the property based on the (partially erroneous) description given to him.

    RE/MAX Capital
Our house did not sell for two contracted listing periods.  The market here is terrible, which is no fault of Re/Max, but we felt frustrated by the lack of communication and feedback from viewings (all conducted by buyer's agents, none by our listing agent) and the nagging feeling that we were not a high priority for their business.  We will likely relist with another agency in the future.

    CENTURY 21 Nason Realty
In February of 2014, I hired Nason Realty as my realtor to sell my house in Waterville, Maine. They have done their job so far as I can tell, though I don't think there have been any showings yet (3 months later) and the house is still on the market. Although I did not think that the Waterville market is great at the moment, they seemed optimistic and priced the property a bit higher than I expected. Time will tell if they are good at what they do.

    Central Maine Wreath
Right now I would tell people to stay away from them.  I am currently involved in litigation with them over the deal.  They were called "Yankee Realty" when I had dealings with them.

WILKINSON & ASSOC REAL ESTATE ERA
We hired Wilkinson in February to manage one of our homes. The process for listing our property with them was about the only thing that went well. After finding our tenants, it seems things went down hill badly from there. After about 2 months, the first property manager quit. She notified her clients in a completely unprofessional manner by emailing everyone at once with all of our names CC'd on the email - No respect for privacy! The second manager came in in May. She seemed to have it together a bit better than the first. After meeting with her, we came to find out that most of our original paperwork was not in good order! Furthermore several steps in the process were simply skipped- like no pre-tenant move in inspection was completed. When the property manager informed us of this, she also had to let us know that somehow Wilkinson had lost their keys to our home! Simply unacceptable. 2nd manager has now quit as well. We would never do business with them again!
