    Upright Building Services
I had a water leak that damaged the flooring and sections of drywall and I had made an insurance claim for the loss.  I had another company give me an estimate for repairs and it appeared as though their estimated costs were quite high.  I contacted Mr. Hilchey who had done work for me in the past and he gave me a very reasonable estimate to cover the basement walls with new drywall and to install laminate flooring.  The work was done quickly and meticulously.  The basement looks great!  Mr. Hilchey was very good about letting me know when he would be working and about how the job was progressing.  I find him to be an honest and very hard worker and I would absolutely hire him again.

    Upright Building Services
I had Upright Building Services come look at my project and he wrote up a projected cost plan for me and we set a time frame for him to come and start the remodel of our downstairs basement.  He helped me with finding the type of ceiling tiles I had been trying to find.  I had him build a wall unit in this room also and I gave him my design and he figured out the measurements for it.  The project took more time then we had thought, but he had extra time figured in the contract , and it didn't cost me anymore then projected. I have had lots of compliments on the room and it is exactly as I pictured it would look like.

    Dwayne Severson
Extremely well. 1 Acre cleared. Over 125 trees cut down & stumped out. Stumps removed to brush dump area. Excavator & dozer smoothed land & readied for seeding. Big fire burned tree parts with excavator keeping fire in check. Fire area smoothed days later. This was done in 3 different stages. The price listed here is for the 3rd final stage 8/23/17 . I can't find slips on other 2 days. Think around $1000---1400.

    New Leaf Construction
New Leaf does beautiful work. The contracts are detailed. I believe that the prices are very reasonable. I came from Denver where everything would have been much higher. The workmen are very professional and always clean up after which I liked. The end results are always just exactly what I wanted. New Leaf is very popular and it is wise to book well in advance. The only problem I had was not their fault. Dream Kitchen lied about the availability of a vanity during the remodeling of the master bath, delaying the completion by months. In the interim, New Leaf rigged up a vanity which made the bathroom usable for me, but made a lot of extra work for them. I am on their schedule for a tree removal when the ground freezes.

    TC Hafford Basement Systems Inc
Their Rep came to assess our wet basement and make a recommendation. He stated that our proglem could be solved using their interior method, adding that remedies from the outside are usually not satisfying over time. Using a laptop, he made a diagram of the basement and added everything that needed to be installed with its cost. We decided on the spot to hire T.C. Hafford to install a complete basement system. We received written confirmation of the work, the cost, and service dates for installation within a short time. There were also instructions for how to prepare our basement, move objects out of the work area, and a notation for us to give our electrician about the exact electrical requirements for this system. The scheduling wait for the workmen to come perform the service was about ten weeks. There were no problems or confusion about the scheduling and the workers arrived just when expected. They were efficient and right on task the whole time they were here, which was three days. They were quiet - no radios, etc. The tech explained what they did and what we should have our electrician do. We feel comfortable that this is a very good investment in our home and are satisfied that the guarantees are sufficient for the future. This was a rare experience with service providers in that everyone did what they said they would do, when they said they would, and right according to specs. We would not hesitate to recommend T.C. Hafford.

Mr. Lawrence's work was exceptional. He consistently exceeded our expectations. He is a person of integrity and great skill. He was very honest, left our job site clean each day and gave us great advice. We could not be more pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone needing site work, foundation work or concrete work. We will be doing more construction in the future - a barn, garage and other projects. We will definitely hire Mr. Lawrence to do this work.

They performed the work as quoted, which I felt was reasonable. The work was done on time. They were very accommodating from time to time even after the work was completed . They were very easy to work with.

Leach bed was built into a hill that I live on. The hill was so muddy that I could not mow it. The area is approximately 50 yards long and about 15 yards wide. I would get stuck and sink like quicksand. Homewatchers came and assessed that I had a spring underneath my leach bed he recommend that he dig a trench on both sides of my leach bed to divert the water away. It has been 2 years and you can not tell that I ever had a problem with my hill. I have full growth of my lawn and there is no wet spots anywhere around the area that I mow. He stated had this not worked I was looking at approximately 10-$15,000 to replace the leach bed. I am very happy that I didn't have to do a new leach bed. One thing I want to say is that many other companies came and really gave me a run around Homewatchers did all the work for me and was upfront all the way through this experience.
