It started badly when the salesman showed up to look at my roof. The sales pressure was high and before I knew it (and despite a couple of protests) I soon found myself with an 11K+ loan... Once I thought about it I called the salesman and asked to stop the charge (I was told I had 72 hours to cancel). I was going to try to get some money together to lower the amount charged. Despite this, the full charge went onto the loan. I couldn't reach the sales guy and had to totally cancel the entire project to even hear back from them. I canceled the project and was supposed to receive the credit back within 7 to 10 days. It is now a month later and after close to 30 phone calls and a lot of "issues" on their end I finally got my money credited back, and the bank was "kind" enough to waive the finance charges that had already accrued... This has been one giant hassle and I will never do any kind of business with Home Depot again!

I had a mansard brown Standing Seam Metal Roof put on my ranch home and attached garage. Donald and his team were very professional, on time and conscientious on a clean work site. They said it would take about a week and even though we had a hurricane one day every thing came out great! I would definitely use All Seasons again for any future work. Slt

Bruce was initially hired to shingle the roof of our garage and a portion over our house.  Due to hidden structural issues he had to do much more than that.  We had to have vents put in, an extension over our garage, replace panels, gutter work, metal work, and more shingling done than initially expected.  Our initial estimate was $6200.00 and with all the extra work, our final cost barely went up $1000.00.  Bruce and his assistant did a fantastic job getting everything done, we were even on a time frame and he made everything happen as we needed it to.  Bruce was honest and hard working.  He was efficient and professional.  Everything looks great and we are very pleased with Bruce and Marshall Builder's.  We would use him again and happily recommend him to anyone who needs work done.  All we needed him for was roofing but I am confident that he uses the same level of professionalism in every project he takes on.  Thanks Bruce!

I signed a contract on July 7, they promised within 2 weeks. I called them after a month, once a week, left messages, emails, etc. They promised a crew would be there on August 29. I took the day off, nobody showed up. I called them and left a message, they called me back that day and said everyone was out of the office until the following Tuesday. A kid showed up on Wednesday to make a materials list, promised he would be back the following day with another guy to complete the job ( 2 day job) and I never saw him again.
I called them again, got a promise from an office girl saying the owner was and quot;up northand quot; and she would get back to me end of week. Of course I never heard a word. I found someone else, emailed them to cancel the job, got a phone call from them promising to have a crew there on Sept. 29. I said no thanks!

I had interviewed a half dozen local service providers before considering PETER QUIMBY including the local Amish in Unity Maine. Even the Amish proposal was more than Signature Roofing. I found out about PETER QUIMBY from my neighbor who had also had a STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF installed on her trailer including 2 sky lights.
Approximately 3 weeks before the actual work was performed he showed  up to take measurements and explain the scope of work and discuss specific details about the application.  Approximately 2 weeks before he came by with a detailed contract documenting the discussion we had.  The contract was very clear and specific.  We agreed I would pay 46% up front for materials and the balance upon the completion of work.
He arrived on the date and time promised.  He brought a crew of a half dozen fellows who immediately started preparing the roof, installing strapping, and setting up sheet metal equipment.  The whole project was completed in one day including cleanup.  It actually took about 8 hours.
The warranty arrived from the manufacturer within a week later.
This was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had.

I had Upright Building Services come look at my project and he wrote up a projected cost plan for me and we set a time frame for him to come and start the remodel of our downstairs basement.  He helped me with finding the type of ceiling tiles I had been trying to find.  I had him build a wall unit in this room also and I gave him my design and he figured out the measurements for it.  The project took more time then we had thought, but he had extra time figured in the contract , and it didn't cost me anymore then projected.
I have had lots of compliments on the room and it is exactly as I pictured it would look like.

Despite two ice storms and 8-10" of snow this crew showed up and worked until it was too dangerous to continue.  They always cleaned up, were responsive, respectful and so far it appears a great job was done.

Called about 3 weeks ago and talked to a nice woman who took my information and said they would come by the house to see what needed to be done, namely blowing a lot of pine needles off the roof and cleaning out the gutters. Didn't show up so I left a message on their answering machine the following Monday. They didn't call back so I guess they aren't interested or are out of business.

When the work was first done, in 2006, all seemed to be okay, until we had to call them back twice to fix flashing around a dormer and to do the cleanup they'd neglected. As time went on, we discovered the shortcuts his crew took in cutting and applying the shingles, their failure to put crickets around the chimneys, all of which led to leaks from the moisture collecting in the attic. Mark Burke came back once, promised to fix the problems immediately, then disappeared. Phone calls have gone unanswered. We'll let our insurance carrier sue him; we're done with him and his company.

Horrible from start and still suffering the shoddy workmanship today.
    1) laid cement flooring for garage not to allowable city code and then tried to convince us to let it go. It was level with house slab then it rained for 10 days and flooded the living room.  They did finally tear it up and do it right.
    2) we were finishing the addition ourselves and found we had to add 2X4"s and 2X6" in order to put sheet rock up
    3) Everything (vinyl siding, door, windows, especially the shingles) were subpar.  Windows leaked, roof still leaks as more and more shingles are either falling off or folding up.  The original shingles  from 1978 are still fine - it's only the new ones they put up that are so bad.
We replaced the new back door within 2 years and had to reframe the opening as it wasn't square.
    4) He subcontracted a lot of this out; they left the yard a mess every day; did the typical start the project then gone for a week or more....
    NEVER saw the owner.
