I've never met anyone who worked harder. Rocky wants things right and stays until it is done. We feel exceptionally fortunate to have found him on Angie's list! Knowledge and a great work ethic.. Who could ask for anything more?
We look forward to having Rocky build and replace our back steps in the near future.

Great! No issues. Very polite, timely work and responses, professional, cleans up beautifully after himself. Perfect, high quality work. He has done lots of work for us and will be our only contractor as long as he works. He only works with trusted subcontractors who have been with him for a long time. He will be building a new home for us.

Dana is a worker from the time he gets there till its time to go home, Very Very detail oriented. A finish carpenter of master quality who isn't over priced. He handled the entire job and even handled the Sub Contractors he uses for drywall and painting.
Excellent craftsmanship and stayed within the estimate of both time and money. knew what he needed where to get it and how to install it. FANTASTIC JOB

I hired Dana to replace the siding on my house in the summer of 2011. As a fairly new homeowner, I had never hired a contractor before, and was a little nervous about the process given that numerous friends had had bad experiences with contractors. As it turned out, the experience far exceeded my expectations.
Dana works to a very high standard and does the job right first time. Dana removed two layers of existing siding and wrapped our house in Typar. All debris was removed at the end of each day. When the old siding was removed we found hacked up window sills. Dana gave me advice and helped me fix them at no charge. We have an old house with ornate trim. Dana's cuts to fit the siding around the trim were very accurate. Everything lined up exactly. The final job was flawless.
Dana has a great work ethic. He works quickly and is very productive. I occasionally offered him food and drink and he always refused. He arrives promptly, works continuously, and tidies up at the end of each day. He lets you know in advance if he needs to miss a day. He was a great example to point to - to show our lazy teens what it means to do a real day's work.
Dana is flexible. I wanted him to do an extra step in putting up the siding (paint the cuts). He was willing to do it at no additional charge, even though it added to his time.
You'll be thankful you hired Dana. He has decades of experience and his work shows it. His rates are more than fair. And, he goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

HIRED THIS CARPENTER ON RECOMMENDATION OF A NEIGHBOR TO COMPLETE A 15-YEAR ONGOING RENOVATION OF A 104 YEAR OLD HOUSE BASED ON THE RENOVATION WORK HE DID FOR THIS NEIGHBOR. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. HE WAS ABLE TO SQUEEZE MY PROJECTS IN DURING HIS WEEKENDS and WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE SINCE I PREPARED MANY OF THE MATERIALS HE WAS GOING TO USE. VERY PUNCTUAL, WORKED ALL DAY WITHOUT A BREAK and NEVER LEFT ANYTHING HALF FINISHED FOR THE NEXT DAY. KEPT GOING UNTIL EACH SECTION WAS COMPLETE and WEATHERPROOF FOR THE NIGHT. KEEPS TO THE ESTIMATED PRICE and COMPLETION SCHEDULE, USES GOOD JUDGMENT WHEN DOING WORK, VERY PRACTICAL. LIKES TO DO THINGS "RIGHT" and WANTS HIS WORK TO LAST. WORKS TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL EVEN IF IT COSTS HIM EXTRA TIME. WILL GO ABOVE and BEYOND. MANY YEARS HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE. EASY TO WORK WITH. WORKS WELL WITH AN "EDUCATED CONSUMER" OR SOMEONE LIKE MYSELF (WHO IS IN THE CONSTRUCTION PROFESSION). VERY ACCURATE WORK; SOME OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY CARPENTRY I HAVE SEEN IN THIS AREA.DOESN'T WASTE MATERIALS. CLEANS UP THE JOB SITE WHEN FINISHED EACH DAY. EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATES.DOESN'T GOUGE ON MATERIAL COSTS. WILL USE HIM AGAIN and AGAIN. HE WILL ONLY RECOMMEND OTHER TRADESMEN THAT HE WOULD PERSONALLY TRUST SUCH AS PAINTERS. ALSO AM USING HIS PAINTER TO PAINT EXTERIOR WORK THAT CARPENTER JUST COMPLETED and AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM and PRICE OF PAINTER WHO REARRANGED HIS WORK SCHEDULE TO GET MY EXTERIOR WORK COMPLETED BEFORE THE SNOW FLIES. ALL IN ALL, BOTH THE CARPENTER AND HIS PAINTER GET 5 OUT OF 5 STARS CONSIDERING THE NUMBER OF "BOZOS" OUT THERE THESE DAYS WHO CALL THEMSELVES "CONTRACTORS". NOW I AM WAITING TO SEE WHAT HIS TILE INSTALLER and MASON CAN DO FOR ME. IF THOSE EXPERIENCES ARE SIMILAR TO THE CARPENTER and THE PAINTER I WILL BE A VERY HAPPY CAMPER. WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER THIS CARPENTER TO INSTALL NEW KITCHEN AS WELL AS BUILD NEW 2-STORY ADDITION AND GARAGE AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO MY CLIENTS FOR THEIR WORK AS WELL.

We are moving so I didn't want to spend a great deal of money, but I did want my old bath to look nice. We discussed several options. In the end we decided to remove the old tile from the walls and floor, put wallboard on the walls and new tile on the floor. We discovered mold behind the shower surround and decided to remove that too and tile around the shower. I wanted to keep the cabinets because they were a unique shape and not easily replaced. Justin could have built me cabinets, but was willing to sand down the old ones so I could paint them. Of course, Justin would have painted them for me too but again, I was trying to save cash. I like that he is flexible and will work with me. The new bath looks great. After tidying up a few minor issues for me in other rooms, he left. He came back three days later (after I had time to paint) to reattach the door and put in light fixtures. I was so glad that he accommodated my wish to paint it myself, leaving off the things that were in the way while I painted and coming back (although I had already paid him the full amount) to reattach these things when I was ready. Justin does good work, but I like him best because I believe he is honest.

Last time I didn't spend anything as it was for warranty work. Their prices were very fair.
