  • I was a bit concerned when the Dr Dion stated that he wanted to take a few X-rays of my back..and discovered that the doctor himself was the one going to take and position me for the X-rays. The Doctor was fumbling with the equipment and gave me the impression that he really didn't have a clue what he was doing.  According to the doctor his X-ray tech quit on him and he was the only one who know how to operate the equipment. After what seemed like more X-rays were taken that what were really necessary the doctor set me up with a series of appointments--and each appointment went exactly the same way.
    1.  I would arrive at the office 10 mins early and sit about 20 mins past my appointment time.  I was always told the Doctor was running behind, however I couldn't see why since there were only one other patient in front of me.
    2.  When my name was called I was met by a very young girl who had a very bad attitude and look on her face which gave me the feeling she really hated to be working there.  I was brought into a exam room, the girl would set me on the table and told me the doctor would be right there---about 15 or 20 mins later the doctor rushed in...said hello and then quickly put a vibrator on my back for about 3 or 4 mins never saying anything--then placed his hands on my back and "tried" to crack my back...Then the doctor said another office person will be along shortly.......and left just as fast has he came in!!!
    3.  Another girl came in with just as bad attitude as the first girl and took me to another room and hooked me up to another machine...set the machine for about 15 or 20 mins and left as quick as she came.....I lied there alone no one checking in on me and when the machine was done it "BINGED" at which point the girl came into the room got me unhooked and I found myself paying the lady in the front of the office, with another appointment and out the door!!!  I had to ask myself "what the heck just happened?"  After a few more of these "lets-see-how-fast-we-can-get-this-patient-in-and-out!!" I decided to find another care provider

  • This was the first time seeing a new hygienist @ Dr Connelly's office. I'd been with the same gal for many years @ his practice but she left. I chose not to follow her. So, my new gal's name is Rachel and I'm delighted. I will share that I'm a "tartar collector" which means I need to have teeth cleaned every 3 to 4 months so finding someone good and someone I really like is very important to me! So, Rachel's for me!

  • They are very good and well-known in the community. When I scheduled my first appointment, it did take almost three months before they could fit me in. I have now been a patient of theirs since last spring. They schedule your routine appointments six months in advance. They are a large office and have a large staff of hygienists and assistants. There are two regular dentists and one has retired, but comes in once or twice a week for fillings. Overall, I am happy with their practice.

  • I have been visiting the dentist for about 40 years. The dentist I originally had seen retired and I have not had the need to see the new dentist lately. I have just seen the hygienist and they are clean and efficient. They do great work and scheduling is never an issue.

  • I have found everyone at Taylor Brook Dental to be wonderful. They are friendly, kind, gentle, and extremely competent. They always explain everything, so that I understand. They understand I had an extremely bad experience with another dentist in the area and are even more cautious as a result. Dr. William Catterton and all the staff actually make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I would (and have) highly recommend them to others. Billing and Appointments are really great also. No surprises.

  • It went well as usual. I plan to stay with this dentist for a long time. All of the staff is professional and knowledgeable about their job. This a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel that you are a part of rather than feeling you are on an assembly line. The dentist even has a sense of humor too.

  • The front office staff (Sara and Melissa) are the nicest people we know. They are helpful and treat you like family there...they make of your kids and ask about things that they know are happening in your family.

    Dr Chen is kind, funny and thorough. He is the least expensive place in town but the best. Tracy is his Dental Assistant and is welcoming and kind.

  • Their office is amazing. His bedside manner is phenomenal. He's very kind. I have some questions that certainly a nurse could have answered and he had called me himself twice. They are very accommodating. A couple of people in the office aren't so kind but the doctor is phenomenal. I would highly recommend them. Their prices are good. You have to pay a $125, and it covers you when you start to wear contacts. It covers you so that if you get them in your eyes and you realized that they're not quite the right fit, you can take them in, throw them out, they'll give you another pair. They'll do this for you within 90 days to make sure you get the proper fit, proper lenses, and to make sure everything is okay for you. I had decided after several kinds of contacts to not continue with contact, I would rather have a second pair of glasses; so he did not need to do this but he refunded that $125 in order for me to purchase a pair of glasses with that money. I was really impressed with that because that was something that he didn't need to do, so that was great. The first couple of times I went, I didn't have the greatest experience and I had spoken to their office manager. He was very grateful that I called and let them know about a couple of specific people that just seemed that they didn't have their craft together very well. I purchased a brand new pair of glasses and no one gave me a case, no one told me how to take care of them, just sort of a lot things falling to the crack, and the office manager took care a lot of those things in the office, and now it's smooth sailing. One of the things that stood out to me the most is how they listen to their patients, and do changes to make their office better.

  • He's just phenomenal with kids. My daughter had a lot of anxiety around getting this shot in her mouth and then he did it in a way where she didn't really even know. He asked her to close her eyes, and he gave her the shot without her even knowing it. It's very family-based, and a really wonderful place to go. He's so kind. It's really cute because he's from Taiwan or Thailand, I can't remember which, and when he sees you, he bows. He's the cheapest in town.

  • Margaret is old school Dr. office.  She's not part of some corporate conglomerate.  Her office is very very basic - a throwback to yesteryear.  She hasn't spent hundreds of thousands on all the latest Italian Tile for her office - she just delivers good, heartfelt medicine.  She is a part of a dying breed, and I'm glad she's here.
