This is an awesome place. The staff and all the providers really care about helping patients. I went there after suffering for several years from lower back pain and arthritis. No one else was able to give me long-term relief. I return for treatment a few times a year, but I can live my life again. Thank you, PainCare!

We tried various treatments until we decided upon steroid injections. These were also provided in a kind and professional matter. I have no reservations in recommending Pain care. I have found competent, timely and cost effective care here. However, I can only speak for Dr. Rodriguez-Carraballos.

The provider does this procedure in an operating room setting under a fluoroscope. Conscious sedation is offered if the patient wants it.. The provider fills a needle with a mixture of meds and injects in and around the SI joint. An anesthetic is used prior to inserting the medication so when the actual injection is done, it is not painful. I go for these injections about three times a year. This allows me to function normally and do all the thing I love. For a dozen years, I have avoided having back surgery, which is major surgery that has a short life before the patient is faced wih additional pain often referred to as and quot;failed back syndrome.and quot; PainCare offers many procedures for patients suffering with chronic pain. Check out their website at www.painmd.com. I have been very satisfied with the treatment received at PainCare. There are no longer any activities that I cannot do. I suggest anyone with chronic pain anywhere in their body check out PainCare. They have 12 offices throughout New Hampshire.

My husband also goes there. His spinal implant was done there. I have osteoarthritis throughout my whole body and in my hands. I go for procedures about three or four times a year. It has saved me from surgeries. I was told to have back surgery and carpal tunnel surgery on both my hands. I went there and with the treatment that I get, which is not invasive and is just injections, I have an absolutely normal life. I can even go golfing. There is nothing that I don't like. I started there with Dr. O'Connell''s who is the owner. He is no longer practicing but he runs the operation. I call and tell them what is wrong. They have me come in to see a provider. I have seen many providers there. No matter who I get, they are compassionate and they get right to the point. They take care of me.

It went extremely well. What I am being treated for requires injections. Usually, I may get up to 15 or more injections in various areas. They always make my pain disappear within a few days. However, PainCare has many, many ways to manage pain other than just injections. I believe they have something like 48 ways to help manage pain. For some of the procedures, they offer conscious sedation. That way, everything is done without experiencing any anxiety.

He has been the only Dr. in New England that has been able to help me with my back pain. I would recommend him to anyone. He has a web page and you can find out what his process is that sets him apart from other pain management Dr.'s. www.painmd.com

No one explained the appt is 15 minutes before you get ushered into a room. Even then he was late despite it being 8:30 in the morning. I have documented results showing I have a medical condition which makes my urine look like I am taking unauthorized medication. I still felt judged and like it would affect my care. I am mixed about whether I would go back.

    PainCare
I have been having chronic lower back pain for a couple of years that has progressively turned worse to the point that there was not much quality of life. IFrom morning to night, I was taking narcotics and was to the point where they were no longer as effective as in the beginning. My providers at PainCare went through various stages of treatment that resulted in my need for a spinal cord stimulator. Before the permanent implant, I had a trial for 5 days during which time my pain was completely eliminated. The permanent implant has given me my life back. Hopefully, this spring I will be able to play golf again for the first time in years. The providers at PainCare NEVER gave up on me. I had sought help in many places since my pain began, but none of them stuck with me until an answer was found. I owe my life to the providers at PainCare and will be forever grateful to them.
