    They had been out like ten days before, and the issue expanded. I paid eight hundred dollars two weeks before, did not get me anywhere with the five thousand dollar repair. Just disappointed that the inspection and work which was done within an month prior, did not capture the problem. It ended up being so expensive for that visit.

    Its under an plan that we pay every year. Its seventeen dollars a month for the plumbing and the air conditioning check. That its precise, professional, thorough, and friendly. They are usually very friendly.

    They had been out the month previous and made a fix on something with the well pump that then didn't work. If we would have been told the month before, we wouldn't have had to pay $500 the month before and we could have just replaced it then. Our interactions with them were fine. The work turned out fine. They could definitely provide estimates of expected replacement.

    I used Larry and Sons for my plumbing.  They could provide the pricing for the work before it's done.  We had like a contract with them, we have always used them.  Here lately they have had unauthorized billing without our knowledge of the work first.  They were here in April of 2016.  It cost $800.

    I had Mid-Maryland help me choose and install an on-demand water softener for my home a year ago. Disastrous first week with stinky, brown water? they had no idea what was wrong, took a few days to figure it out, and had me use bottled water until it cleared. (They did not ?cause? the bad water, but should have known it would happen under the circumstances and prepared me with alternatives.) 
    Then all seemed okay? right up until the water stopped softening. They came out and made setting adjustments? okay for a few weeks? but same problem kept occurring. The went on for several months. They finally came out with the distributor/manufacturer rep to see if they could fix it and they basically set it up to regenerate water every couple of weeks. Fixed the water quality, but now I?m wasting thousands of gallons of softened water?and filling the tank with salt all the time?which is what I wanted to avoid and why I paid more for an on-demand system. All the while they promised to get this fixed or return the system. They even told me they would set back the warrantee start date until it was working properly. All hollow promises. 
    It?s been about a year now and I still need to reset the computerized system to lessen the regeneration times. They might even be able to walk me through this on the phone, which I offered. Mid-Maryland is MIA... they haven?t answered calls or texts in months. I finally called the distributor directly, and they cannot help because they only speak to the installing plumbers, not end customers. However, the distributor was able to send me a manual which the Mid-Maryland never did, even after multiple requests. So now I either have to hire (and pay for!) another plumber to go through the whole thing to see if they can properly set up this specific water-softening system? or I have to begin fiddling with complicated computerized settings myself to see if I can do it. 
    Not happy. At the end of the day, I would never recommend Mid-Maryland.

    They were hired to perform a septic tank cleanout. 
    Two associates showed up to complete the work.  They seemed to do a good job and completed the job without issue.
    However, one of the associates was especially curt and could use additional training with regard to dealing with customers.  We bought our house about 1 year ago.  We did not know where the cleanout valve was located, but had the plans and asked for help finding it.  When asked he simply replied "it's $30 a foot for each foot we have to dig". 
    His partner looked over the plans and quickly found the cleanout and performed the work at no extra charge.  Had he been alone I would have certainly asked him to leave and terminated our arrangement.
    I suppose this gentleman forgot that I WAS PAYING HIM, not the other way around.  I could have done without the attitude. They will not be asked back as there are simply many other vendors.

    Everything went very well they were on time both times did very good work and cleaned up as they had never been here the worker did very good work and were very nice people it is a very good company

    Very good, he is nice and explains everything and made some suggestions on types of faucets and shut-off valves. I was very happy with what he installed. He did a great job on a water heater I had installed last year in 2011 as well.

    My old one quit working, so I called them to check it out. They came and looked at it and found that the it could not be fixed due to its age and availabilty of parts. They gave me an estimate in a new one and returned later that week to install it for me.

    They do a little bit of everything. They service plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and etc. We just moved here and are getting people that are coming out of state. I give them high ratings for everything and we will continue to use them. They are very reliable, the more jobs you have done, they give you more of a discount.
