I love my new roof. Wolf clan is very compassionate about the customer wants and needs. They explained each step of the process. I asked to have my deck designed to be screened in ready for the future. They will do that project as well. I recommend Wolfclan for any project. I am very satisfied

High Performance Home was able to replace our roof very quickly and for a great price! Larry and Mike, the father-son duo running the company talked us through everything we needed to know about getting a new roof and explained every step they will take to complete the job. After multiple conversations with them to decide on what products we want and when we wanted the work performed, they completely removed the old roof, taking it down to the roof trusses, and then replaced the sheathing, felt paper, flashing and drip edges, and finished it off with upgraded shingles, gutters, and downspouts. Everything turned out better than we expected and we are super thrilled with our worry-free roof.

Great experience and i'm so happy to recommend them. He came out and fixed my roof, it was outstanding. Very clean work, there was nothing left outside, even during the process they had a good system going to keep things clean. It was a difficult job in the first place, but they handled it perfectly

They were always on time. Some
of the work could have been done better. On the deck an exterior outlet was
mounted on the surface of the siding instead of in a recess designed for that
purpose like the other exterior outlet was. The recesses didn?t
quite fit the outlet covers either. Worker said that?s the only size they have
and that the surface outlet cover is easier to get to. I was concerned that
they would do a less than adequate job of installing it if I required it.
We had some serious wind about a month after the original install and some of
the siding moved and showed the foil sheathing underneath. It took two return trips
to get it done correctly. The recall shouldn?t have happened if the siding was
    installed correctly.
Also the roof leaked the following year and I called a local company, Hartman
Roofing. Mr. Hartman came out and repaired the area himself. He said that the
area that leaked was flashing and should have been repaired when the new roof
was installed. I was not told or they didn?t notice about the flashing when the
    original roof install was done.
Overall the work was adequate. BUT, they ONLY do the work on the work order and
don?t see anything else! There also appears to be very little supervision as
the siding wasn?t installed correctly originally.

His crew arrived on schedule and finished on schedule. They found a few problems along the way. They worked through the issues and charged a fair price for the additional work. The roof looks great. They did a great job of leaving the work site clean. . I have yet to find even a stray nail.

Awsome - the cleaned up after the job and did an excellent job on every aspect of work performed. The best about S&K the don't try to oversale you and offer many options to assist in making the best decision. Getting ready to use them again for siding, doors and shutters.

This was part of an insurance repair. Our roof and aluminum siding was damaged by a hail storm. They replaced the roof and all the siding. Fast and professional. My insurance covered all but $3200. Well worth the money.

The salesman had come to our door on a canvasing effort.  We knew we needed a roof and invited him in to talk.
We got the old, "I can only do this price today," speech.  When we wanted a bit more time, we were asked, "what would it take to close this deal today?"  We replied that if they would throw in a new front door that could do it (since we noticed they did that service as well as roofing.)
The salesman checked with his boss and they said they would do that.  Deal was signed.
It took a couple of tries to schedule a date, but we did and the work started.  The roofing was done with no issues.
We had to call them back a couple of times to pick up the trash and left over nails in the yard since we have small children who use the yard all the time.
When we asked about the door, we had to basically argue with the company that they door was supposed to be put in as well.
Finally, they relented and sent someone out to measure the door.  We were called back later that week and told they couldn't find a door.  We looked online ourselves and easily found a door that would work.  When we got in touch with the company again and told them what we found online, they scoffed at us because the only door that either the company or us could find was not a cheap door.  We were told the company was in business to make money and why would they put this door in for us if it was going to cut into their profits.  After several phone calls that were just arguments, we decided to let the whole thing drop and I informed all my friends and family, which includes several real estate agents, about the situation and how they would never do work for us again.
On a positive note, after a particularly hard rain, we had a rather large leak from one of our sky lights.  We called the company again to request they come fix the job they were supposed to have completed.  They promptly sent someone out who quickly assessed the situation and determined the seal around our skylight had deteriorated.  The worker fixed it on the spot and we have had no problems with that since.  There was no charge for this, but since the issue was with the skylight and not the actual roofing (yes, I did see this with my own eyes) I did not press the issue to have the inside wall inspected and repainted as the paint actually sagged where the leak occurred.  From our previous experience with the door, I did not feel I would have had much luck pressing them to fix the wall anyway.

The way S&K completed the job was fantastic. The entire experience was remarkable to me and the work represents a high level of professionalism and pride in their craft. S & K responded promptly to our call for help. They could have told us that our entire aluminum siding would need to be replaced but S & K examined the damage, and because of their knowledge of past building practices in our area, found that a problem in the way the flashing was installed directed water to the the wood rather then away from the wood.
S & K carefully removed some of the existing aluminum siding and saved it. The rotten wood was removed, new boards put in and the original aluminum siding was reinstalled. What a honest and upfront company!
The carpenter worked for 2 days, repairing and replacing the rotted wood with the new boards and azek. His care and professionalism is very evident when you look at our house. He examined the window for possible leaks before he finished the work just to make sure all was taken care of.
This was the best experience that we have ever had with a company. We look forward to working with S & K again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have been working with my insurance company to repair a roof leak from a previous wind storm. Hurricane Sandy was coming over the weekend and insurance didnt have an answer for me. I called Jesse on Thursday 10/25 and explained the situation. I was out of town for the weekend and couldn't pay him at the time of service. He told me he would correct what he could with the roof and get with me after I returned. Jesse called me on Saturday 10/27 to let me know that the roof was not in shape for repair, but he could tarp the roof for the storm and then he could come back for further evaluation. The temporary fixed worked perfectly!! Not a single leak. Jesse is coming back to estimate the roof for a proper fix and I am sure I will use him for that service as well.
