AVery professional, efficient, respectful to personal property and cleaned up area as if it was theie property. Called in the morning and they were there the same day and finished the job. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.- Richard M.

FAs I mentioned in the previous prompt: The company did very little for the money and for eight hours of work. They spent a disproportionate chunk of time doing free tree removal for my neighbor (unbeknownst to me) during the time that was supposed to be allotted to my property. They also refused several tasks such as trimming bushes. My property looks barely touched as pictures that I have taken following their departure will attest.- Perlyn S.

AIt went good. The price was great. They're very easy to work with. They got in contact with me right away, were able to work out a plan and go over everything that needed to be done. The workers were great.- Christopher C.

AThe tree was way too tall in a small backyard surrounded by a fence on all sides. They managed to drop the tree within that small space with no trouble. We asked him to leave just a stump and he did so. They were there when they said and cleaned up the yard afterwards. The price they quoted was very reasonable. We will definitely hire them again!

AHave used this company several times and am very pleased with the promptness and thorough job the team does. Vincent personally inspected the premises after work was done to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Will use this company for future jobs.- Robyn G.

AJim Dubois responded promptly to our phone call and came to give an estimate within a couple of days. Since the season is so busy, we were told the work would be done in May, but came home to find the work completed ahead of schedule. The job was completed exactly as discussed. The yard was left clean and everything looked good. We felt the price was reasonable and were pleased with the work. We would definitely use this company again.

AThe service was excellent. The men did their work quickly and efficiently. I was particularly impressed by the clean-up. The downed branches were cleared from the yard and feed into a chipper. All the little bits of limbs were picked up, leaving the yard looking very good.- Angelia S.

BThey were the third company I contacted and had the lowest price by far, almost half the money of other firms. They showed up when they said they would, did the work in one day and cleaned up the debris very well. I was told the price was so competitive because jobs were few in January and February.

CHe gave an outrageous estimate because they were growing pretty high up. They were winding around a power line, so I did understand that there was some danger involved, but I still felt that the price was too high for this type of job. He was going to send me a written estimate, but I decided that it would be better that he give me a range estimate now instead of wasting the time later. When he told me the price, I declined the service from him and found someone else that trimmed the vines for a lot cheaper. I had called other companies for estimates and they did not return my calls, so it was nice that he did return my call and showed up for the estimate.- elizabeth c.

AVery good response time to inquiry about estimate. Prompt and on-time arrival for the estimate. Estimate was prepared and sent out via email itemized to all possible work that could be done. I selected the areas that I wanted done and the business scheduled it for approximately 3 months later due to a back-log. This was not a problem to me. Unfortunately, our area also incurred a heavy early snow while leaves where still on trees that caused an even larger back-log for the company. The company finally did the work about 5 months after the estimate. They were good at communicating the back-log. I didn't have a problem with the delay in the service being done.- Arthur M.
