Tony's Power Washing and Window Cleaning
This home was in serious neglect by the former owner. Gutters were more like weed gardens and the siding was far from its original color due to grime and mildew. Tony arrived and immediately got to work. He did an initial clean of the gutters by hand to ensure there weren't any large, hazardous debris. Then he finished cleaning the gutters via pressure wash. Once the gutters were clean, he then power washed all dirt and mildew off the entire house. The siding looks like new! We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the speed. I was hesitant to pay for this at first but Im really glad we did. Will definitely be calling him again.

Shine Select Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning
Well...not so well. Two professional, polite men showed up to clean my gutters. However, they said they were unable to clean my gutters because I have gutter guards. Now, I was able to clean my low gutters over the garage by simply unscrewing and removing the gutter guards then easily re-fastening them. But they said I'd have to get someone who installs gutter guards to do the actual cleaning. He showed me pictures he had taken of the loads of gunk that has built up under the guards, explaining that my gutters most definitely needed cleaned. I appreciated that. Again, as I said, these were very nice guys. I'm just confused as to why someone would advertise gutter cleaning services only to say that the presence of gutter guards made said gutter cleaning services impossible. Bottom line? Gutters are still dirty.

    Gutter Cleaning Pros
Daniel and his assistant responded to my residence and quickly assessed what had to be done reference mitigating my leaf and debris issues in my gutters. They were meticulous and thorough. Once finish, they cleaned up all the debris they had thrown around from inside the gutters. Finally, I was ask if everything met my satisfaction and was there anything I wish further prior to their departure. I was thoroughly please with the work done.

    Molina Home Services

It went excellent. David is a very knowledgeable person and can offer advise on most parts of your house.

He did much more work than was originally quoted (like having to unscrew and remove all the gutter screens in a certain section), but kept the same price that he had estimated at the beginning. Although not inexpensive, David Molina is a true professional in this trade and is very much worth the price. Highly recommended!

Not well! They didn't call us back to confirm the date. When they finally did call us back, there was rude telephone service. They didn't show up on the day they were supposed to. They were late. The day they showed up, they did a good job. Everything other than that was negative.

Worse EXPERIENCE EVER Had them come clean gutters. Charged by time spent. Arrived late. Wasn't prepared and had to wait to have correct ladder brought to him. Spent more than half time sitting idle in truck padding bill. Only cleaned rear gutter. Front and right side didn't need cleaning. Didn't clean gutter on second floor of front of house at all. Almost $300 to clean 20 ft of gutter is outrageous. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Initially, there was some confusion over the Angie's deal purchased.  We weren't in a hurry, so the delay was not a problem.  When we did get set up, the job went smoothly.  I received a call that there were gutter guards on and usually there is an additional charge for that.  Happily, the provider didn't add the charge due to the confusion.  I had another message when the job was completed indicating there were birds nests in the down spouts, which had been removed.  We're very satisfied with the service.

What can I say, I used these guys because they had a LivingSocial deal. I scheduled and called to set up the appointment. After going over everything about my home, I was told they would let me know via email of my appointment time. I was expecting it to be a day or 2 prior, however, didn't get an email until the day of the appointment. I paid for a gutter cleaning and asked they inspect the gutters as well, as I just moved into this home 6 months ago and was not sure the condition of them. I was told that they would also call me by the next business day to advise work was done, and any finding/extra costs. I also specifically REQUESTED to be notified the next day about condition of gutters/possibly schedule for new gutters to be installed.
Well, when I came home the first thing I noticed was dark debris all over (old leaves and such) that were from the gutters. How do I know this? Well the fact that I have NO TREES around that area. Also, I have no trees that that would cause this to be on ALL SIDES of my home. The substance was of almost cake like consistency and needed to be cleaned by hand. I then checked the rear of my home. EVEN WORSE. First, my recycling bins are on a cement pad outside my sliding glass doors and they were COVERED by the same substance that was out front (read on for their response)!! Also, I noticed my cement was damaged. It appeared as if someone used a pressure washer on it. It was not the entire pad, just about 1/4 of it. It is a distinct pattern and totally chipped away the top layer of cement. I personally don't own anything that can cause this. And, I was on this cement pad during the weekend with family for a family event in my back yard. I even asked everybody if they noticed it and NOT ONE saw it. Its NOTICEABLE AS SOON AS YOU WALK OUTSIDE. My wife walked outside and saw it and flipped out. So I took photos and emailed the person that scheduled my service. Also, I emailed the address on the invoice as well. However, after a day or so, I didn't get an email response or acknowledgement. So, I called and spoke to a manager, who stated I would be called by the end of business that day, or possibly the next day. Well after a few day of no response (A pattern with this company), I called and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to a male manager (don't recall his name). He stated I was going to be contacted later that day via email with the companies response. Well lets just say, he is very condescending, the ONLY way I could get a word in edgewise was to interrupt his LONG DRAWN OUT AND REHEARSED  responses!
So, after speaking to this gentleman for approximately 20-30 seconds myself, and 20-30 minutes for him, I was told that they have never received complaints about debris on the ground and that it couldn't possibly be them because they use garbage bags. Then after a bit it "might be possible" that some was dropped. I said it completely covered my recycling bins and front steps. I was then told that the damage to the cement pad wasn't them. This manager was emphatic that they didn't use a power washer. I told him, I am not stating you DEFINITELY did it, but it was not like that before you arrived, but was after you left. Maybe while I was at work I had an overzealous neighbor stop by and stick it to me by damaging my back patio, or maybe it was the company that was working on my home that day!! But they weren't having anything on that. Also, I had patio furniture on the cement pad, where were these after they left? On the lawn pushed over, not even set upright, the chairs were on their backs in the grass. I explained my situation to deaf ears. To the point where the manager stated "what can we do to assist you" in a tone that just absolutely made me mad, to the point that I hung up. I will not be talked to the way they did to me. Whether unintentional or not, don't act as if I am trying to scam you or waste your time. Do what you promise to do. I even let them know UPFRONT that I was not seeking any financial compensation. However, I still had to listen to a 5 minute story about disconnecting hoses at customers houses, to the point that I almost dropped the phone dozing off.
End of the day, I paid $99 for a gutter cleaning, which is a good deal. However, now will have to rent a power washer and hope that this will fix the damage by making it look somewhat uniform, and that will cost me $200-$300. So you get what you pay for. It may come down to having to resurface the whole thing.
Do yourself a favor and just think about a deal that may be too good to be true. LivingSocial has been notified of the issue as well. I am not posting this to "get back" at a company or requesting funds or whatnot. Just a warning to others.

I researched Angie's List and found Gutterdogs who looked like a good provider of serve in my area.  I noticed the prices paid versus the prepaid Angie's List deals varied by a lot.  I wanted to talk to someone before spending any money.  I called their number twice only to have it answered by a service after 20+ rings each time.  Both times I tried to leave information and was hung up on or disconnected (I have no idea which).  I tried to contact Mike via e-mail (the address provided on his website) and never heard anything in return.  They may be the best actual provider in the world but I if I cannot even get an estimate I won't spend my money with them.

This was my first experience using Angie's list and the process went extremely well. GutterDogs responded to the service request sent through Angie's list within a day. I sent a request on Sunday afternoon and on Monday afternoon they responded with one of the appointment times that I requested. They called first and let me know that they were on the way. When they showed up they were ready to work. It was a two man team and they worked together and they worked pretty fast. There were not any surprises about the price, which I was worried about, or any extra cost. After they were finished cleaning out the gutters they blew all the debris off the deck/walkways and broke up all of the big chunks for easy mowing or raking. I knew they did not clean up the debris ahead of time so that did not take be by surprise. When they were finished and wrapping things up I asked them if they did not mind quoting me a price on the pressure washing service that they provide. I thought it was fair and I setup an appointment with them for later this week.

GutterDogs did a great job and my first experience using Angie's List went well too. I would defiantly recommend GutterDogs and Angie's List to anyone.
