  Overall they did a very good job, but in the living room and bath room they did not get the dust bunnies on the wall, the air intake could have been cleaned better and on two of the windows they cleaned they knocked off the sensors to the windows so I have to bypass two windows when setting my alarm. Had to call the alarm company and order two more sensors.

Kasey made scheduling a breeze and Chris and Ryan were fabulous; they moved all of my furniture and did a fantastic job. They use all natural products so it was safe for me and my pets!

  Mike called to let me know that he was stuck in traffic so he was running a little behind; was very informative. Offered to do stairs (at additional cost of course $34.00) and was done in a little over an hour. I have light colored carpet and the difference is like night and day. I would definitely hire Mike again when I need him. Also recommend a stain lifter since I had not had the carpet professionally cleaned in over 10 years (additional cost of $34). Mike also has videos on his phone showing him in action and the rug coming clean.

  They did an okay job. I won't tell you it was great, they did okay. On the price, they were good. On the responsiveness, they did pretty good. I may use them again. It was two workers. My house was at home. I was at work. The only thing I didn't like was, I've got a couple of little spots right there by my door that they said they couldn't get out. I'd say it took them an hour maybe longer. I wasn't there my wife was at home, so I'd say it took them a couple of hours. My wife said they were pretty good; they were okay. They didn't get everything out. I know when I do it myself I get it out. The spots they got out a couple of weeks later they came back. I didn't call them again; I just did it myself.

She was very professional as she explained the types of services and the availability within my small timeframe. She and her team arrived on time and were very professional and ready to go. I was given a timeframe so I was able to continue with my errands as they worked. I returned at the time provided and was blown away at the finished product. My unit looked amazing. Carpet cleaning, bathrooms shined, kitchen was impeccable, not to forget the closets. I was and is still blown away. I have Chappell Services number looked in for future services in my new home!   The job went great. Completed the job much faster than expected. Very nice and pleasant. Great to do business with. Update: There was a high traffic area that they came back to touch up at our request. They returned and were more than happy to redo the spots. Once again I highly recommend them and will get them back out here soon.

  The job was done OK. When we tried to call him back regarding a few issues, his "satisfaction guarantee " was a farce. He first answered our call but never came back . After multiple attempts to reach him, he then blocked our telephone number and never answered us. So , in other words he was not reachable. As soon as our check cleared, he was gone.

  I called Exceeds Carpet and the receptionist was really nice. She provided an accurate quote and scheduled me with a quick turnaround. When Kevin arrived he looked over my house and explained the process and he was able to get major stains removed from my carpet. I was completely satisfied with this company and the service Kevin provided. Kevin is not only a expert and professional in his craft but he was so nice and put me and my wife at ease.
