    Repair person was once again late. Diagnosis: No replacement parts were needed. Again cleaned and inspected. Tried to charge $59 or $79 fee. Problem not solved. Refrigerator still leaks and we are out $325!

    9/28 Company contacted me right away when I inquired here on Angie's List. Spoke to scheduler who was very professional. Was told tech (Moe) would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival and $79 diagnostic would be deducted from cost of repair. Received a call that arrival was within 30 min, but not from Moe. After about an hour called AHA for update on arrival. Family was home to receive service. Illegible $325 receipt. Called on 9/29 to get explanation of charges. Was told I would get a returned call. No one called me back. Called again on 10/1 and told the same thing. I just want to know what was done and a breakdown of the charges.

    I appreciate the responsiveness of Tracy's Appliance. It was wonderful to get return calls and updates - something I have found is very rare any more. (The majority of repair companies I called for this work did not respond.) I was kept informed of the status of parts and scheduling was easy when the part arrived. The work was performed as scheduled and was completed as promised. Great job!!!

    He arrived well ahead of schedule, promptly and expediously assessed the issue with my microwave and provided me a detailed diagnosis. At which time he offered me my options and allowed the space and time to make the best decision for me and my family. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to respect my space while I made my decision. You just don't get that these days from small companies.

    Knob was broken off of washer during transit.  AA Dependable was contacted.  Unit was not hooked up.  Technician came out and stated a new mother board was needed along with the knob.  How he knew a motherboard was needed without unit having electric as it was stored in a garage, is concerning.  1 year prior AA Dependable had just replaced the motherboard.  After the technician left I discovered that the washers menu display was missing.  This is an internal part, that only the technician had access to.  I contacted AA Dependable to complain, and was told that it was my fault and that the invoice was signed off on so they would have to start service over.  After 7 phone calls to AA Dependable, I finally had a team of AA Dependable technician come look at the washer.  Another service fee!  After they left they telephoned to say that a new piece was needed to replace the menu. $300!  So I tried to contact a manager (Crystal) and left 5 message with the staff.  No one returned my call.  
    Today, I finally got in touch with Crystal, who stated that "I'm tired of you calling!, I told you that you broke the machine!"  All I did was say hello...  Crystal begin raising her voice and yelling that they did nothing wrong.  I asked her why she was yelling at me...  I told her all i wanted to do was purchase the new part and have installed.  Crystal put me on hold for 9 mins.  When she came back she said they wouldnt fix the part.
    WARNING:  If after reading this, you waste your time using AA Dependable, 1. You have too much money 2. You get what  you deserve with AA (UN) Dependable.

    I felt like they were trying to get more money from me. I mailed the payment to the address they had on the invoice and they said they didn't receive it. The payment ended up coming back because they gave me the wrong address to send it to. The part that they replaced was only $52 online, but they were trying to charge me $151 for it. I did ask them to send me a receipt of what they paid for the part, but didn't receive one. I re-mailed the payment, minus the $99 they were trying to overcharge me for on the part, and I haven't heard back from them.

    Donnie was outstanding and professional in all respects. He troubleshot the system, identified the problem with the motor, and offered an outstanding price to fix the system on the spot.  The Air Conditioning works great!  Thanks.

    I would not recommend this business whatsoever. On April 28th they came out to diagnose the problem with washer machine and on three different occasions they ordered the wrong part. Today the 11th of May they called us again to let us know that they ordered the wrong part and could not fix it today. Two weeks of having no washer machine because we were waiting for them is unacceptable. We are extremely upset that this process has taken so long and that they charged us for an original diagnostic but have yet to fix the problem. I would call them extremely unprofessional.

    OUTSTANDING! Came out to our house in a wonderfully snowy day...he went the extra for us and punctual. Very professional, identified the problem immediately, wrote a very detailed repair. This is a unique repair estimate because my house was damaged because of the washing machine. The expert from AA Dependable Appliance listened to what happened and wrote a clear and concise estimate. In fact, my insurance company used the estimate with no questions. I will call next time!!
