    Shantel is great at her job.  From day one she has been very responsive with every detail of my trip.  We are traveling to Cancun, Mexico in January 2017.  She responds to emails within 2 hours.  She knows a lot of information and I feel very confident that our trip will be great.

    All Stretched Limousine Service
    The driver was pleasant, but the car was less than expected - worn seats
    and carpet, glasses which had not been cleaned, and was not stocked
    with ice and soda as advertised.  The driver also arrived 30 minutes
    late. Our group, however, made the most of it and had a very nice time
    touring the wineries.

    .Called two days in advance for a reservation. Was told everything was set and expect cab at requested time. Day of service cab did not show up. When I called representative was unprofessional and explained that they should have never taken the reservation because they don't provide the service. They only provide service to the airport. We went back and forth for about 5 minutes before she told me there was nothing she could do and hung up the phone. I would never do business with them again

    I sent inquiries to several vendors but Boris from Lisa's Elite Sedans called me first.  When I told him i needed a car for at least 9 kids and up to 12, he told he'd call me back shortly after looking into availability.  He got back to me within 15 minutes.  After some discussion we decided on the Party Van and he sent me a contract to sign. I found the price to be comparable and often better than other quotes that I received.  Boris told me he would meet on the night of the event when the limo driver came to pick up the kids to ensure that everything was to my liking. Two days before the event, Boris sent an email to confirm everything and to reconfirm his commitment to meet me at the appointed time.  The limo and Boris arrived about 10 minutes before time.  He allowed me to look inside the vehicle - very clean, music was pumping, decorated for partying - everything you'd want as you go off to prom.  All parties met at my house and after many photos, the kids were off.  I was assured that all laws would be followed to include the divider window being down the whole time (as is the law when you have riders under 18) and no alcohol further supporting my decision to hire a limo from this company.  Boris and the driver extended nothing but complete professionalism to me, other parents, and most especially, our children.  Without question, I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone needing dependable limo service.  I was extremely pleased.

    Leo's service department and customer service is terrible!  We made our appointment for a simple generator repair in mid-February - the bottom line is that Leo's did not finish the job until April 17th and the final charges were more than twice the estimate.  We will NEVER go back there again!

    We called to make an appointment for service and had to wait three weeks before we could even bring the RV in - on 3/5/12.  After waiting three weeks, we expected that we would be first in line to have our repair done, but no!  It took them more than a week just to give us an estimate for the carburetor.  They said it would be done the week of March 19th, but when we called the end of that week, they said it would be another couple of weeks (they hadn't even touched it).  Then they told us it would be done the first week in April.  When we called near the end of that week they said they had JUST discovered that another part was needed, which would take two more weeks to get! 

    Finally, on April 17th they called to say it was done - but when we picked it up on the 18th, we found that the cost had more than doubled from the estimated amount.

    At best, Leo's service managers are disorganized and indifferent.  At worst, who knows?  But we know that we will never put our RV in their hands again.
