On time; great communications in terms of what their daily plan was, what challenges were coming up, response to my questions/concerns; excellent quality of work, very efficient and also friendly and responsible. In our initial consultation, we agreed it might be possible to simply replace a 3 yard square of ceiling plaster that was coming down, but might be necessary to do the whole thing. That turned out to be the case but the team was clear in showing me why their efforts to do the small piece were not working. Their work on taking the ceiling down and re-doing it was efficient and high quality. A great experience all around!- Mary M.

AJW Home ImprovementWe had a wide range of tasks that needed to be done around our house, and we saved a lot of time and money by having JW do all of them, rather than hiring multiple separate firms. Kevin and Soren did an excellent job -- they did quality work, worked efficiently, and and were good to communicate with. Jesse did an excellent job helping us define the scope of our project and identify what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done). Kevin even made a couple extra trips to complete some electrical work that proved to be more complex than we anticipated. A4 Service ProsHad a great experience using 4 Service Pros for the first time when we hired them to install a light fixture in a room that did not have a previous ceiling light. Ron Jones gave us a free quote and came out the following week to complete the job. He was on time, professional, and very friendly! The job was finished much faster than I expected and the quality of the work was great. Light look amazing, no mess from the cutting of the hole was left, and the money spent was worth every penny. Their quote was a little higher than others I received but 4 service pros has a ton more reviews, all of them excellent, and I would rather pay a bit more to get the best quality of work than take a chance with less reviewed companies. Afrom start to finish wilcox electric has been excellent in terms of scheduling, explaining the specifics of the work required, and then efficiently getting it done. The technician, Steve, was particularly helpful in describing the cause of the problem with the light fixture, as well as the specifics of the repair work. He also explained why we did not need to replace one of the bathroom outlets. We have used--and been pleased with--wilcox electric in the past. should the need arise we will use them in the future We recommend them to others without reservation.

FI scheduled this company but they never showed. The lead estimator then lied and said that he had called and "went onsite but had no luck." Integrity and honesty is a big deal for me; the fact that someone is lying for such pettiness should say enough and reflect poorly on this company. I don't know about the quality of their work, but based on this anecdotal evidence, I'm glad they weren't hired.

AVincent and his crew did a remarkable job with the installation of a sub panel and components for our new pool. He made many recommendations and was very thorough with the details on what was involved. They installed a 240v Hayward pool heater, 110v Jandy pool pump, wireless Jandy Iaqua-link low voltage system, ran 20amp service to my shed and back patio, and he relocated/wired up our hot tub. The work was clean and very professional. The knowledge he has is unbelievable. He worked with the other contractors to keep on schedule and also worked with the county to make sure all was inspected prior to covering/closing. I couldn’t ask for a better company to do the job. The time it took to do things right the first time is always important. LV electric is one of a kind. If you ever want honesty, integrity and good pricing, you want LV. Thank you for helping us make our dreams come true! I will be needing some other things done. Will definitely use them again!

AThe employee was great. Here on time, worked without delay. Of course he had lunch but only Long enough to eat a sandwich. And to top off everything it didn’t take as long to install then what was in the estimate. So our install didn’t cost as much as estimated. Great for us!!! Would recommend this company for any project you may have. I am now looking for other projects that need to be done. Loved their work.
