    Baldwin Remodeling LLC
It was absolutely great! We remodeled 3 bathrooms. The work was professionally done. Our home was kept clean during the remodeling project. Carpet and floors were covered when necessary. They were consistent with arrival and departure times each day during the project. Very respectful. I enjoyed working with Baldwin Remodelling and plan to hire them again for an additional remodeling project in the near future.

    Case Design Remodeling Inc
Case's answer to my concern about racism is false and misleading. The owner called me and left a message for me to change my review. No concern about how I was treated, or the racism of his company, just fix his review. There is no justification for his company's refusal to serve a major county that is very close to his business but for race.

Simply the Best Construction, Home Improvement, & Maintenance, LLC
I've used this company on several occasions and each time has been a very pleasant experience. They are very professional and knowledgeable of services that they perform. They will always be the first company I call when I need home improvement services.

    Sam's Remodeling
After receiving several quotes we chose Sams remodeling. We made the right decision. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined. We love the new tile throughout the bathroom and shower. The vanities, countertops, and accessories are stunning. I almost dont want to use this space its so beautiful! The guys were professional, and thorough. Sam was a pleasure to work with. Thanks a million!!

    James L Graves Construction
We were very nervous as this was our first remodel. I cant be more happy with the both the process and results. The designer helped us to zero in on our style and the on site carpenter was highly skilled, professional and detailed oriented. The results have wowed family and friends! We need our bathroom remodeled next and they are our choice already.

    City Renovations & Remodeling LLC
I highly recommend City Renovations and Remodeling to new and experienced homeowners and investors. In fact, Mike Wiggs, owner of the company, was highly recommended to me from a trusted source. Mike has been my designer, general contractor and project manager for over three years. He and his team of subcontractors for all the trades and handymen have successfully completed numerous projects for me. The internal big jobs included Mike and his team remodeling my basement into a permitted apartment with an egress window, injection well system, and recessed lighting; remodeling my kitchen into a larger space, better layout and upgraded appliances, cabinets, backsplashes (e.g., switching from an electric cooktop island to a slide-in gas range and installing a peninsula); changing the location of the sliding door and a set of windows in my sunroom for better flow and sightline from the front door entry to the patio door leading to my wooded backyard; replacing the damaged one of the two HVAC systems (i.e., one for the first floor and basement and the other for the second floor); and whole house interior painting and decorative touches (accent walls, trim, etc.) The external big jobs included Mike and his team resolving the sources of severe water damage to my two-story front door entry area and installing a new door, side lites and stoop. He resolved other water problems at my house by installing upgraded, larger gutters connecting to a new underground drainage system, and re-grading a section of the backyard next to my house in order to better collect water coming onto the house and move it away from the house. The other jobs Mike and his team completed include installing decorative lighting in the front of my house and security lighting at the sides and back; installing and repairing wooden privacy fencing in my backyard; washing away years of mold, mildew and stains from the siding of my house; and installing shelving for two closets and the laundry room to increase my storage space. After years of City Renovations and Remodeling successfully improving or repairing my home, I hired the company to help me with an investment rental property. Mike completed a walk-thru assessment and report to supplement the information from the home inspector and appraiser. Through my pre-purchase consultation with Mike, I got a good idea of what it would take improve the property given my goals and budget. I look forward to working with Mike and his team to renovate the property.

Jenny and Gary are a great team. They arrived for our appointment on time, gave me great ideas and a quote soon thereafter. This is my first major project I am contracting out in entirety so I wanted a few more quotes. In the process of getting a few more quotes from other companies, which is taking over a month, I lost patience with getting them and decided just to do it myself. I do recommend Innovative and next time I will have as much patience as Jenny has shown me.

    Mega Kitchen and Bath
We were very pleased with the work that Felipe and his team did on our kitchen remodel. They exceeded our expectations. Our project manager, Felipe, made sure we always knew what was going on and made sure all work was done to our specification. He answered all of questions and was sure to follow up on any concerns. We have been in our kitchen over a year now. It is still beautiful and we enjoy it very much. I am highly recommended Mega Kitchen and bath.

    Case Design Remodeling Inc
It did not. CASE is the most racist company I have encountered. They advertise on the radio, in newsprint, and on their website that they serve MD, DC and VA. No qualifications about location are listed in any of their advertisements. But if you call them from Prince George's County, MD, a predominately African American community, do not expect service. I went online and listed a request and the appointment was promptly booked. Someone called me and confirmed date and time. When I sent an email later (which had my picture on it showing that I was black), suddenly the appointment was cancelled and I was told that they do not go to Prince George's County. So CASE will serve Virginia, Baltimore (Roland Park, Reisterstown and Guilford no doubt) and Annapolis (ALL further from Bethesda than Prince George's), but not a community of affluent African Americans. When I pointed this out to the owner, I received an email telling me to contact someone else, they just can not work everywhere. See note sent to me after appointment was booked and confirmed. Dear Jacqueline Grazette, Thank you for your inquiry. The zip code that you provided in your request 20774 indicates that you are in Upper Marlboro, MD. We do apologize, after further review you are well out of our current service area. We can recommend that you check the NARI web site (National Association Of The Remodeling Industry). There you will be able to locate a qualified company in your area. Thanks, Steve {removed employee last name} This is shameful and Angie's List should not continue to list a company that practices racism. I am hoping that I can find the proper authorities with which to file a complaint of discrimination against CASE.

    Victoria's Marble & Granite LLC
I called Victoria's marble and Granite and spoke with Jennifer. After explaining to Jennifer what I was looking, she was very accommodating and explained what her company could provide and subsequently set up and appointment. Aldryn was very prompt for the appointment, polite and professional but friendly. He completed his site visit within 15 to 20 minutes. Ernest and Manny came to install the vanity 2 days later as promised, they were prompt and very polite. I was very impressed with how meticulously they performed their job. My ugly duckling dressing room vanity was replaced with a beautiful vanity with a beautiful quartz counter. I appreciate the effort put forth to find the quartz for my vanity. Many thanks to Jennifer, Aldryn, Ernesto and Manny. I would certainly hire Victoria's Marble and Granite for any future job.
