ASilaThe technician was on time and highly qualified. I would rate him in the top 1% of any technician I've had in the house for any reason. He figured out what the problem was (burned out glow plug) and engineered a temporary work around until a permanent replacement could be ordered. This was important as the outdoor temperature was taking a dive and our house would have soon been very cold. He really went the extra mile and I appreciate that.- Paul H.

ASilaOne unit was fine. The heat pump unit needs some new parts as it is 11 years old and sitsc in the roof under the southern sun and is just getting worn down. So Rob from Sila recommended the parts that need replacing. Very good company that I have used for that to perform these twice yearly checkups. Highly recommended.- Perry T.

ASilaSila's salespeople were very understanding and thoughtful of our needs and gave us plenty of options and advice on our purchase. The installation technicians were exceptional and took plenty of time to explain the features of our new units, how to properly maintain them, and how to correct any basic issues. We've also had a free inspection and seasonal check-up from them since (which comes free of charge for 5 years) and the service tech was also knowledgeable and helpful.- James W.

ASilaMarcus did an awesome job. He was incredibly thorough, worked quickly, and provided great explanations around everything that he was doing. Being new home owners, and never having used a boiler/radiator system, we had many questions, all of which he answered knowledgeably and explained thoroughly. ASilaBob and (Sila in general) has been an invaluable help for our home. He is always punctual, quick, courteous, and amenable with our dog. He even helped contain the damage when our building suddenly underwent an unrelated plumbing flood. Today he arrived and fixed our HVAC effluent u-line free of charge after spotting a potential issue on his last visit. He inspires confidence that he will resolve the issue at hand, and if not, will coordinate a response so that someone will. ALucky from service Master came out and spent quite a bit of time checking out the ovens to diagnose the problem. The GE manual we received with the oven said the error code was the door lock. Lucky found from the specs and diagnostics that the top oven fan was the problem. Lucky was fantastic. Ordered the part and spent over an hour working on replacing it and checking it out. He was extremely personable and the company was very responsive. We would definitely recommend them.

AResponse to our initial inquiry was prompt and we were scheduled fairly quickly. Carlos was our technician and was excellent. On time, professional, polite, and knowledgable. He came for a Boiler maintenance deal we had claimed via Angie's List, but it became apparent we had other problems with our system. When we had a different company replace our AC compressor and thermostat in the spring, apparently they didn't install the corect thermostat. Carlos diagnosed the problem, keeping us informed with every step as to what he was doing and why. When it became apparent we needed a different thermostat, he was very clear about how much it would cost, why, what the warranty would be, and asked for approval to proceed. One of the most pleasant and straight-forward service calls we've had as homeowners. A pleasure to deal with, and will definitely hire again.

AOn February 15, 2020; our boiler went out. We ended up calling Coolbreeze plumbing and heating after CROPP METCALF wanted $4200.00 to fix our boiler. They made it look like everything was wrong to trick us into replacing the boiler. Coolbreeze Plumbing, HEATING, and Air Conditioning SAVED THE DAY and SAVED US FROM BEING RIPPED OFF! We ended up calling this company and everyone was professional. I met their service technician Chris and he was a man of great character who really knows boilers. Chris took the time to actually do a proper diagnosis. He opened the boiler properly and did a proper and sensitive assessment. He diagnosed the issue properly and repaired the boiler at a sensitive price. Chris showed me how the estimate from that OTHER COMPANY was wrong and everything Chris found and said was right! It took a few days to get the parts needed. Once the parts came in. Everything was running perfectly! If you need someone who is honest with integrity, this is the company I would recommend. This is a real service provider who cares about the people they service. They are always welcome on our property and are now a new vendor listed with our facility. I also enjoyed my phone conversations with Tashiqa (Sorry if the spelling is off; unintentional). She worked with me professionally and really cared along with Chris to make sure things were right. Chris has been working on boilers for a very long time and he is the perfect example of why people mattter. He is the type of gentleman you would want to have a beer with!
