  • I have been going to this dentist for several years and have NEVER had a bad experience.  My most recent experience (which has always been consistent) is a dental emergency, with a bit of pain.  They are so accommodating and responsive.  I called first thing that morning, and they always figure out a way to work you in.  Everyone in the practice is extremely professional and so friendly.  My normal experience with a lot of medical professionals is either great front desk service, but not-so-great medical staff, or vice versa.  Here EVERYONE is great.  One thing that I think is most telling is that their staff members have all been there for years, which is a testament to what a great place it is to work.  I'd highly recommend.

  • I have used them for about 10-12 years. They have done a lot of work for me. I had just cracked a tooth so they fixed that. I like the dentist that runs the place; he is really good and has a good bedside manner. They let me know exactly what is going on and I know before I leave what it is going to cost, so it is no surprise. The whole staff is really very personable. I spent a fortune at the dentist only because I am trying to keep my teeth together and it seems I only am getting more issues so I like them.

  • I use Sherry as my hygentist and she is always thoughtful of my sensitive gums by using a numbing solution before a cleaning. Then my dentist Dr. Michaels comes in to check out my teeth and leaves me with a nice carnation. Always a nice touch at the end of your visit.

  • The Dentist is fine. The cleaning is fine. My issue with them is billing. They severely over charged me. When I got my insurance statement back, I realized I over paid significantly. I'm still waiting for the women in the office to clear things out before I made other payments before I realized they were over charging me. I requested more information about prior visits and how much I was paying. I haven't really got anything resolved with that. They refused to allow me to be billed. They require you to pay upfront before your insurance comes in. My issue is more on the billing side not on the actual dental work. I think Dr. Tam is wonderful. They're pretty flexible with scheduling.

  • I like everything about them. They have specialized service for deaf clients, so everybody speaks sign language. He is actually deaf. They are just so friendly so I don’t mind; I am not deaf but that is pretty awesome. I like that the wait time is minimal, they are friendly, they greet you by first name and the location, there is plenty of parking and there is not a lot of walking I have to do and it is accessible.

  • Dr. Berns is just a good man and a great dentist.  I have been going to him for about thirty years.  His staff is great and his nurse has been with him for about thirty years.  His hygienist has been then for ten years.  They are very nice and this is a small practice.   He is the only dentist.  I have never had trouble scheduling appointments.  I always get right in for my appointments.

  • He's ok. I see him a couple times a year. He does x-rays one a year. He does a pretty good job. I like a doctor who is going to update his skills or bring new things into the business. I think that says a lot about a person. He's now in a practice with other people. I hope this means he's being exposed to colleagues that are basically giving him a refresher course. I like that his x-ray machines are monitored. I wouldn't mind recommending him, but I probably would go somewhere else if I could find someone a little younger. But that's not negative, just a personal preference. I don't have any problem getting an appointment. You won't be able to get in same day, but you'll be able to get in relatively soon. The office is in good condition.

  • I have seening the dentist for years. He is very professional and does good work. He is pretty good with keeping appointment times and is punctual. He has a very friendly and professional office staff. I have had no problem scheduling an appointment for when I need.

  • I have been seeing her for about ten years. My wife, son, and daughter-in law have all seen her well. I have not ever had any problems with scheduling. If I have an emergency, I can usually see her that same day. I like the service she provides. Overall, I have been very happy with her and would recommend her to others.

  • After an evaluation,  I was sent to another office to discuss payment options.  It was kind of like when you go to a car dealership and after you decide on the car you want, they take you to talk to the finance person.  Even with my insurance their fees seemed a bit high (hence, all the "high-tech" equipment) and demanded a payment of half before any work would be started.  I got the distinct feeling that money was their main objective and never remotely felt like it was an office that had the patient in mind.  I did not walk, I RAN away.
